The great people at Bozard Ford Lincoln have done it again! With the very recent death of a family member, I decided best to trade in my 2020 Ford Fusion for a low mileage, previously-owned Ford Escape. again! With the very recent death of a family member, I decided best to trade in my 2020 Ford Fusion for a low mileage, previously-owned Ford Escape. Circumstances were such that I needed to do it right away - as in today! I had recently purchased a new Ford Maverick for my wife and knew that the folks at Bozard would again take care of everything - and fast. To top it all off, a different family member was in a very serious car accident early the very morning on the day that I needed to get this done. (Side note: he is okay and the accident was not his fault). So I really needed help. Not only did Adam Williams, Frank Serverius and Rick Garcia come through again, but they are delivering the Escape to my home tomorrow (just as they did with the Maverick...which my wife loves, by the way) and the entire deal was done over the phone. Plus, they are taking my Fusion back to the store with my signed paperwork after leaving the Escape with me. I should also mention that I live 30 miles from Bozard Ford Lincoln. When Bozard says they treat people like family, they mean it. Because they do. It's not merely buying a car or truck with Bozard, it's simply good people taking care of other people. They are amazing and I can never thank them enough! More

Great dealership and excellent service from Frank Serverius in Sales and Rick Garcia the Finance Manager. I started the process online requesting to order a Ranger Tremor in late September and was l Serverius in Sales and Rick Garcia the Finance Manager. I started the process online requesting to order a Ranger Tremor in late September and was lucky enough to have Frank assisting me. In less than 24 hrs the vehicle was ordered, and I was provided the order #. As everyone knows, given the current situation vehicles (especially trucks) are hard to come by and Frank kept me up to date through the process and I took delivery on the 29th of December. Which coincidentally matched his prediction of when the truck would be here. I was pleasantly surprised that there were no games especially since I ordered via the X-Plan and they could have sold the truck for much more $$$, if they wanted to. Finally, if all that doesn't mean anything to you, how can you go wrong buying a car from Santa? Frank is Santa during the holidays at the neighboring Ford's Garage (also a great place), his church and even for plays. He also happens to be one of (if not the longest) tenured employee there which means something given the turnover in this industry. I'd also like to give a shout out to Rick Garcia in Finance that was very organized and made the process smooth and quick with no pressure while reminding me of 0% financing available. This is the 3rd vehicle I bought in 2021 and was among the best experience I have ever had and definitely the best Ford experience (10 of the 46 cars I've owned have been Ford). Finally, I was also surprised they are competitive on pricing for things like window tinting and spray-in bedliners so I had them do that, too. It was cheaper than the place I usually go to for those items and honestly much better jobs done on both. Billy Arndt helped me with those purchases. Everyone was very responsive, even after the sale....I realized I didn't have the code for the SecuriCode pad on my door (about 2 weeks later) and Frank got it to me in literally 2 mins within calling/texting him. More
