I brought my car in to have my uConnect looked at, or hard reset, as the GPS was not working. The last time I brought it in it was 30mins before closing, and the service agent told me it wasn't working hard reset, as the GPS was not working. The last time I brought it in it was 30mins before closing, and the service agent told me it wasn't working because there was a problem with the satellite. This time I brought it in the morning with an appointment. Unfortunately I got the same service agent. He told me there were two days worth of cars waiting to be looked at, and would I want to leave my car there. I asked for a manager. I told the manager this is a 10min job and doesn't even need to go into the garage. They would try to send a software update. Two hours later (I had to take the car because I had another appointment to get to) they told me it was still going through the software update, but if that didn't work I would need a new head unit. It didn't work, so now I'm going to another dealership to get a new radio. The car is 6 years old and needs a new radio??? This dealership has no concern for your inconvenience. I should also mention it took them 4 days to replace my batteries. More

Bad service from the moment you arrived the guy (Fred) that took my car was not nice at all and didn’t offer me an Uber ride since they never have any loaner cars. Second didn’t let me know my car was ready the following day I had to call. Later I get a call saying that my car wasn’t under warranty anymore that I had to pay out of pocket. In any of the issues I was offer an apology for the bad service or inconvenience of my time. I had to go in and ask to speak to manager either way I wasn’t offer any solution. More

At Larry Miller Jeep, everyone is to friendly and courteous. They get you in and out in a timely manner. Hassle free everytime. Good job to all of the staff. My service adviser was Maria Molina.
