I’ve had good experiences with this dealership in the past this particular service on the recall of my dodge ram. They have poor communication and kept my vehicle for seven days for four hour job, and I past this particular service on the recall of my dodge ram. I called and left messages for two days to Fred in the service department. I had to go there today and they had any worked on my vehicle for one week, and I was told you be busy and I had to wait in line for my vehicle to be inspected in work on, when I had an appointment to bring it in for a four hour job, I felt like they didn’t care and they would get to my vehicle when it was my turn in line More

I took the car in to have the batteries replaced (I have two). After the work was completed, the car was not left where they told me it would be. It was still back at the Service Center entrance. They forgot to reset it. I took it back a few days later to have the uConnect soft reset, and they didn't know how to do that. So now I have to take it to someone else to get that fixed. Pretty sad a Jeep dealer doesn't know how to do that, or maybe the guy I was working with didn't know, and didn't know how to ask someone else working then how to do that. More
