Unsafe Although there were plenty of signs posted, actually creating a safe environment didn't seem important. The service advisors were barely beyond arms Although there were plenty of signs posted, actually creating a safe environment didn't seem important. The service advisors were barely beyond arms length. Only one of the 4 I saw was wearing a mask. The waiting room was in clear violation of the 6 foot rule recommended. There were a couple children running freely. I was one of three customers wearing a mask. I was only there because there was no other way to get my vehicle. The dealer should consider pick up/delivery of services vehicles. I cannot recommend this dealership during the pandemic. The work on my vehicle was done promptly and efficiently. The service advisor, Fred, was thorough and friendly. I would come back for the service, but not the environment. More

Theft or negligence I am a multi car owner from this dealership my first vehicle all services were good but I traded my car in for a truck that is raised I have taken it I am a multi car owner from this dealership my first vehicle all services were good but I traded my car in for a truck that is raised I have taken it in twice for oil changes and both times a cap off my rims has come up missing. WORST CAR DEALERSHIP & EXPERIENCE I was deceived & robbed blindly. I was told by an employee that they tell you anything to sell the car even if it’s made up lies.
