Purchasing a new car was not in our long term plans, so the idea of getting her a new car, was painful. With that in mind, we went to 5 Star thinking it would be one of many stops that day before we felt comfortable with a car and a payment we would be happy with. Within minutes of walking into the dealership we just felt like we were in the right place, Our sales guy Jim Rich listen to our story and came up with several options which met our needs. While in the process of figuring out which car my Daughter wanted, the Sales manager and my daughter started talking about the Alabama and Wisconsin game being held that night in Cowboy Stadium, and we found out the Sales Manger went to the school my daughter is attending.. After that brief interaction, the Sales Manager left and returned with 2 free Tickets to the game for my daughter... Needless to say, my Daughter had a great visit to 5 Star ford, getting a new 2016 Ford Fusion and 2 Tickets to a football game... Great Experience We went in to purchase a Ford Fiesta. After a lot of back and forth I didn't get an offer that I wanted. I walked out. I pulled away and realized the offer they made was sufficient and I'd prefer to accept it than to leave and start all over again. I went back in. I explained that they won and I'd accept their offer. Joshua informed me it wasn't about winning, but a good experience. I had already told them I accepted their offer, but they threw in tinted windows on top of it. This put a smile on face. It made it a "good experience". We were happy with the service by Jason Howell, Gary White and Joshua Fichter. When it came to financing, we saw the "Tutman" (as he refers to himself). Why he references himself to a child king is beyond me. Maybe he's an 8 year old at heart. Regardless, the experience with him was great. I made it clear I wasn't interested in a warranty. He briefly explained why it's an option. However, he didn't pressure me. This made me feel like he actually listened to me and gave me more confidence in him as an honest person. I prefer it this way. More

I came into the dealer to get nerf bars put on my truck and decided to walk around the lot. Carlos worked with me through the entire sale making sure I was taken care of and comfortable the whole time. Carlos is the definition of great customer service. Carlos introduced me to Gary White who helped me convince my wife that I should buy the truck as she says "you want but don't need". Of course I was thinking of course I need it, look at all the activities we can do now. Kenny wilder was very speedy with the finance and didn't try to sell me products I didn't need.
