I went in over the weekend to speak with Dakota after an exhausting search for a particular vehicle. Other dealers quoted me at 7-11k over MSRP with some truly insane "non-negotiable" add-ons, so I was expe exhausting search for a particular vehicle. Other dealers quoted me at 7-11k over MSRP with some truly insane "non-negotiable" add-ons, so I was expecting more of the same from this location. However, not only was I able to get the vehicle I was looking for at a reasonable price, I wasn't subjected to ANY pressure to buy immediately, all of my questions were patiently answered, there wasn't any insane dealer markup and (my personal favorite) I was able to leave the dealership without feeling like I'd made a huge mistake or been taken advantage of. I've bought three vehicles in my life and I've NEVER had a smoother transaction- I was only in the building for about 20 minutes and it was totally transparent. I put down a deposit that day and I'm looking forward to going back in to pick up my new vehicle. Today, I had a few questions because the deal seemed far too good to be true and I spoke to Jake who reassured me that this location does business differently and that I was in good hands. Jake's follow up was amazing. I put a deposit on a Santa Fe and was originally told 4 to 5 months. Jake called me 4 times to offer cars available that were not quite what I wanted. I told him I would wait dor what I wanted until the fourth time when he called with a winner. I loved it up on Feb and the whole experience was smooth, not stressful at all. I was in and out in just about 2 hours. Including the financing part, which was so easy. I love a good 40 miles away but will buy from Jake and Larry Miller again. Jake was knowledgeable about the vehicle and did the orientation to the car himself. He made all the safety settings, so all I have to do is learn the entertainment system. More

I think this was the best car dealership experience I have ever had. Jake our salesperson is more than just a salesman. He was like a friend who was just guiding us through a purchase. I dont know if the sales floor was Jake's job but if it wasn't he did it well. My dad talked to him on the phone before we got down there and he showed us the inventory that Larry Miller Hyundai had which wasn't he did it well. My dad talked to him on the phone before we got down there and he showed us the inventory that Larry Miller Hyundai had which was Slim he found us a car we were interested in but of course the price was needed reduced and he managed to work with his people and pull it off. Then came the fact that my dad wanted to pay for this car with his credit card and the higher power said no absolutely not Jake worked with them they still said no then they came up a little bit on the amount that they would put on the credit card but my dad wanted to put the full amount on there and they wouldn't do it so my dad walked sale over with I felt for Jake. My dad bought three cars previously from Larry Miller Hyundai and he used his credit card on every one of them so by Jake's boss saying only 10000 on the credit card Max that wasn't enough for my dad so we left. Then they called us back and said that his boss went ahead and went up to 15,000 for the credit card which told my dad that they do have the authority to put as much as they want on the credit card and he figured my Dad figured that since they met him halfway we go the other half way in and we made the deal and Jake worked hard on that deal and he did a good job. Jake stayed patient never blaming the problems that they were having on my dad the customer unlike like his boss he kept a level head and stayed in it and it ended up working out for all of us. And he did it all walking around with a stiff neck he couldn't even turn his neck he had to turn his whole body and he was walking around like he was in a cast. My dad will be coming back down to Larry Miller Hyundai come December for the purchase of car number five. We're going to ask for Jake and hopefully they will let my dad use his credit card for the purchase. You would think after four previous purchases that there would be some trust there. More

Jake stayed in constant contact with updates and was just easy to deal with. While we’re waiting we spent the time talking about random bs. It was like buying a car from a buddy.
