I started the car business in 2001 and was very proud to join Five Star Ford in 2009. I'm blessed with a wife and three girls who keep me sharp. We love hockey and attend as many Dallas Stars games as possible. When not watching hockey we enjoy movies and going to the park. My twin girls attend Haltom High and are in all PRE AP classes and excel in choir, art and color guard. My wife works at North Hills Hospital and is currently attending TCC. My youngest daughter is an aspiring princessand will attend kindergarten next fall. My wife and I also enjoy going to the gym weekly.

We was looking on the internet for a new pick up truck. We received a call from Jason and we set up an appointment. We met and instantly had a great relationship with him. My experience at Five star exceeded my expectations of not only Five star, but every other new car buying experience I have had. Understand, that includes Lincoln dealerships in Texas and California for m not only Five star, but every other new car buying experience I have had. Understand, that includes Lincoln dealerships in Texas and California for many years - which I was VERY happy with. From my first electronic contact with Jason Howell to my drive-away handshake, EVERYTHING was professional, up-front and easy for me to conclude a major purchase deal. I am a demanding buyer, a CEO of two companies and I chair or belong to several boards of directors. I know superior performance and less than. Five Star is superior and I am glad to be able to tell you that. Questions that couldn't be answered, were researched and answered with honesty. I felt welcomed by the newly introduced service dept as well as the sales guys and gals. It was a no-pressure, "We want o make this personal" experience that I enjoyed. Now comes the service component to this transaction and "relationship" wiht Five Star - I will provide unsolicited feedback obn that as well, going forward.
