I contacted Jason via text message to inquire about a vehicle I was interested in. I would have called him, but was in a position where I could only text. Jason never tried to call me. Instead, he replied with follow-up texts answering all my questions. When I was in a position to do so, I called Jason. I demanded to have a face to face meeting within the hour in regards to the vehicle I was interested in. Jason cleared his schedule and made me a priority. Jason Howell met me at the dealership front door when I arrived. The rest of the car buying experience was seamless and fast.
