Although car salesmen are often the antagonist in many chapters, Sam Limo at 5SF emerges as the protagonist in my story. This is my second new car purchase from Sam and the folks at 5SF. He says what he means, and he means what he says. Likewise, he produces exactly that which he pledges. While the climate of my fellow millennials centers on blamestorming, and searching for things that offend them, perhaps if they visit 5SF, they might learn that no one is out to get them. Both of my experiences in 2014 and again, in 2018 were painless, efficient, effective, productive, and very pleasant. Because of Sam's honesty, I purchased EXACTLY what I wanted - without compromising any options. Sam has a new website he developed for 5SF it is super cool, direct to the point, and no annoying interfering popup ads. With time being our most precious resource of all in these adulting chapters, my experiences with Sam and 5SF prove that they acknowledge those precious resources and lend respect to my time. No review of 5SF could be complete without mentioning the tall guy roaming about the dealership in the funky suit! Yes, he is none other than - Jeff Crabtree, the General Sales Manager. The leadership of Jeff shines through in all of the employees at 5SF. He truly demonstrates that leadership is a verb - not a noun. Finally, my experience at 5SF concluded with the professionalism and efficiency of MIT (yes because he literally graduated from MIT) in the finance department. He too, acknowledges the value of my time. He demonstrates professionalism, efficiency, and effectiveness. He listens to customers and acts on their wishes rather than force feeding a profit driven agenda. More

Fantastic Truck Buying Experience Lee Clanton and the rest of the folks at Five Star Ford are first class. Lee understood that we were educated customers and knew how auto financing worked. Rather then having us wait and go back and forth with the sales manager, we pre negotiated everything through email before my wife and I made the trip to the dealer for the test drive. When we got there, the exact vehicle was ready (not a 'similar' vehicle with added features) for my wife and I to test drive. We went into Lee's office where he turned his screen around to show how the financing would work and adjusted things based on certain variables (accessories etc) to show us what the payment would be. We even ran our credit in his office so we could make sure everything we had talked about was good and that our privacy was considered. Our experience with the accessories manager, the general sales manager and our finance manager was quick and easy. No high-pressure sales, fair prices and great customer service. I highly recommend driving to Five Star Ford from anywhere you live in the metroplex - we drove over an hour from Little Elm and we are extremely happy we did. More
