Best dealership I have been too! This was the 9th Ford vehicle I have purchased in the past 12 years. I have used auto brokers and have purchased directly from dealers. I have to say This was the 9th Ford vehicle I have purchased in the past 12 years. I have used auto brokers and have purchased directly from dealers. I have to say that Five Star Ford and Alfred know what customer service is and will go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. The vehicle I wanted was not on the lot so they did a dealer trade with another local dealership. The day after I got my car I noticed that all the windows had been etched with a number. A service I didn’t purchase nor did I want. I called Alfred and he said don’t worry about it we want you to be happy, I will take care of it, and told me to come by the next day. I met with Alfred and Jeff who said the dealership they got the vehicle from must have done it and they apologized for it. They then offered to find me another car just like it without the etching. At this point I am already amazed that a dealership would be willing to do that after all the paperwork had been signed. So I go home and the next day receive a message from Alfred that they found me another car and it would be ready for me to pick up the following day. I still couldn't believe that they care that much for customer satisfaction. The new car was perfect and exactly what I wanted. They have defiantly got a customer for many years to come. More

I have purchased seven new vehicles from five star, a fiesta, two focus, two f150, two f250, with each experience better than the previous. I have always compared price and they are always far better. I cannot compare the employees, Doreen and Jeff in sales and Bob in finance are great people who do an outstanding job. The dealership is clean, they have a tremendous amount of vehicles to choose from. I have also used the service department and they do a great job also. If you visit this this dealership and these people you will see this is the only place to buy a ford. More

This month I visited with Jeff Crabtree and he had me work with David Hardick to arrange a trade in and new car purchase. David was very polite and I left feeling that the deal that I made was the best for all. He was able to find the vehicle that I was looking for and get me a fair price on my trade in and I didn't have to spend the whole day getting this done.
