I can't say enough superlatives about my and my grandson's recent purchase from Alfred El-Darazi and David Hill from Five Star Ford. New F150 I was extremely please with Alfred and Jeff. They went out of their way to meet my needs and get the payment where I wanted. My only issue was with t I was extremely please with Alfred and Jeff. They went out of their way to meet my needs and get the payment where I wanted. My only issue was with the first finance person (Bubba), he was somewhat rude and short with me and I left the facility with the intention of going to another dealership. However, Jeff and Alfred worked diligently and got the deal I needed. The next finance person was Tut, and he was extremely professional and answered all of my questions while making sure I was clear on all the details. If the first finance officer had been more professional and less rude I would have given a 5 star. The service gentleman who went over my vehicle aftermarket options was also very professional and gave me some good advise and options. More
