I wanted to buy two trucks and I only wanted to spend a certain amount of money. They worked with me in every aspect of this purchase and made it hassle free. I was able to purchase my F350 and F150 and stay within my budget. My husband and I love our trucks and we will recommend Jim, Bruce, Thom, Ovidio, and Jeff King to all our friends and family who are looking to buy a Ford product. Bozard Ford makes the auto buying experience pleasant, enjoyable, and feeling like they were there for you, (The Customer). I will be going back to Bozard Ford when it is time for a new truck. More

You will not find a friendlier, more knowledgeable staff than you will at Bozard Ford. My wife and I have purchased over 15 new cars and this has, by far, been the best experience we've had. The General Manager, Jeff King, greeted us and introduced us to the New Vehicle Director, George Clark, who guided us through the process and let us explore all of our options to purchase a new F150 in a very relaxed environment. After driving several versions of the F150 we decided on a white Raptor (maybe the coolest truck on the road, just saying). When we came back in late one evening to finalize the deal, most of the staff was gone for the day, but Thom Workman, General Sales Manager, knew who we were and had the deal ready to go. Our next stop was getting the deal financed so we ended up in TJ Bernal's office, the Financial Services Manager. He helped secure financing as well as provided valuable information on protecting our investment over the entire term of the loan. Once we signed the paperwork, Anthony Cruzado then sat us down at a computer terminal where he proceeded to walk us through signing into our Sync account and informing us of all the features included, which was significant. Anthony then walked us out to the truck and demonstrated all of the features, from four wheel drive to Navigation. If I had to boil it down to one thing that made the biggest difference, it's this: People make the difference and Bozard Ford certainly has the right people for the job. Not often a car buyer feels like EVERYTHING WENT RIGHT, but Bozard Ford certainly delivered on that phrase. II inquired about a particular car over the internet, and within 5 minutes was contacted by a ver but Bozard Ford certainly delivered on that phrase. II inquired about a particular car over the internet, and within 5 minutes was contacted by a very friendly, knowledgeable sales rep, Eric Nourse, who was able to answer every question I asked and invited me to come in that very same day to test drive the vehicle, adding that he would have it washed and ready with a full tank of gas, which he did. I set a time and told him about my trade-in. He must have been watching for me, despite the dealership being very busy when I arrived, because as I was getting out of my car, he walked up introduced himself and pointed to the vehicle which he had washed, as promised, full of gas as he promised and it was right up front for me to inspect. There was never any pressure, just lots of good information and questions of me to insure that I would be satisfied after the purchase if I decided to buy that particular car. We went for a test drive, where he showed me all of the incredible technology that was in the car and he made me comfortable with knowing how to use it. While we were gone, he had my trade in appraised and he was ready to talk seriously about the car and the Bozard Ford commitment to a satisfied customer before he ever even asked me to buy the car once. I appreciated that. About 90 minutes after arriving on Bozard Ford's lot, I left with my new car. It is less than 24 hours after my purchase right now, and I have had one telephone call and two emails from Eric Nourse and Bozard Ford to see how I liked the car, if there was anything that I needed or wanted to know yet, and what else could he do to ensure that I was totally satisfied. Eric has given me the name and direct phone # to my assigned service rep and told me to expect a call from that service rep today to introduce himself, as well. I cannot say enough GOOD things about Eric Nourse and Jeff King, the VP/GM at Bozard Ford. These two men set the bar VERY HIGH for being absolutely certain that I am a satisfied customer. Bozard Ford is a crown in Ford's crow, for sure. More

I am completely blown away by the amazing customer service at Bozard Ford. The moment I stepped out of my car, I was greeted by an employee asking if they could help. My salesman (and new friend), Ric service at Bozard Ford. The moment I stepped out of my car, I was greeted by an employee asking if they could help. My salesman (and new friend), Ricky Goodwin, was knowledgeable, fair and understanding. He helped me find a car that was perfect for me and my budget and made sure I was happy with my decision. Angela, the concierge and Ricky's assistant is extremely friendly, knows the Ford product and bent over backwards to make sure my car purchase was smooth. She even went the extra mile to sit with me in my new car for a good amount of time to show me how everything worked. The general manager, Jeff King, was friendly and came to say hello and the business manager, Ovidio, helped me with my financing. He was able to get me a better deal than my own bank offered me and was very thorough with all the documents and paperwork to make sure I knew what I was signing and had a full understanding of my finance arrangements. Being in sales myself, I know how extremely important it is to provide customer service and it seems that this dealership and its employees have certainly "wrote the book"!! I just picked up my new red 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Bozard Ford and could not possibly be any more pleased with my experience!! This dealership is HUGE! The facilties/service/parts areas were all imm Bozard Ford and could not possibly be any more pleased with my experience!! This dealership is HUGE! The facilties/service/parts areas were all immaculate and well organized.There are plenty of cars/trucks/SUVs to look at and choose from. The staff was wonderful and the car was perfect! For anyone who hasn't checked out the new Ford Fusions, you really should. The car is amazing! At Bozard Ford, every single staff member I came into contact with was extremely friendly and welcoming. Even Jeff King, the VP/General Manager, stopped by several times to make sure everything was running smoothly! Henry Rowe, the Sales Guide, spent a lot of time with me thoroughly explaining the options and features on the Fusion...there are a LOT! He gave me his cell phone number where I can always reach him with any future questions, which I truly appreciated. A.J. Miller, was one of the finance guys I've ever met. He was quick, efficient and made the whole dreaded paperwork process relatively pain-free. I absolutely, without a doubt, would recommend Bozard Ford for any of your vehicle needs!! My husband has used a local Ford company for his Ford fleet truck needs in the past, but after my experience the other day, Bozard will definitely be getting his business in the future. I think the professionalism and level of customer care I received was well worth the few extra miles we have to drive to get to Bozard! Thank you, BOZARD FORD for a WONDERFUL experience!! The Bozard Ford Team was absolutely fantastic. The customer service from the moment I walked in the door to the minute I drove away in my new car (and really still) was/is outstanding. Anthony Cruzado, could not have been more patient with me as I flip flopped between the SUV and Sedan option. He laid out all the benefits of both let me test drive both. He explained all the features of the new car before I left the dealership so that I didn't drive away clueless on how to use the great new technology that it came equip with. Terry Seymour and the finance team were super helpful, explaining all the paperwork and even found additional savings. General Manager, Jeff King oversaw the buying process and made sure everything ran smoothly as well as Letti and Bo Bozard who I had met through some community involvement in the past were also helpful to me in making the right decision. I will be encouraging all my family and friends to Bozard Ford Lincoln when they are ready for new vehicles. More

I am a repeat Ford Product buyer, first time Bozard Ford customer. I showed up one day to test drive a new 2013 Ford Fusion. If Bozard Ford does not have the car you want in stock, they will get it from somewhere else asap. Price point is by far the best of any automobile dealership, period. I love my new 2013 Ford Fusion. When Bozard Ford says that they want you - The Customer - to be completely and absolutely satisfied, they really mean it. Bozard Ford redefines the term "Service after the Sale". The dealership's staff was very helpful in finding a car for me that met all my needs (gas mileage, safety, etc) at a price that was affordable for me.
