HORRIBLE BUYING EXPERIENCE We leased a car from this dealer and after 5 weeks they still had not gotten a license plate for the car (having to keep the car off the road for a w We leased a car from this dealer and after 5 weeks they still had not gotten a license plate for the car (having to keep the car off the road for a week since we had no plate)- It was finally resolved after contacting Lincoln 800 number after missing appointment since we could not drive to them without a plate--This was after having to go back to the dealer 5 times since they had not filled out the paperwork correctly--with Lincoln informing us after 5 weeks the lease was still filled out correctly. I tied to call the manager and he claimed he never got the phone and refusing to talk with me. The salesman Carlos in the end was not very helpful--stay away. When sales a manager refused to apologize until 10 minutes in the conversation and asked to do so. Beware Beware--they care less --- More

Never too old for a deal with the Bozard team Being almost eighty years old and buying my first car on the internet gave true cause to be a bit nervous. I wasn't familiar with all the terminology and "car talk" talk. Mr. Moon was very helpful and we exchanged ideas and finances in about 22 pages of internet e-mails. I made two offers. One before another customer came to the dealership in person with a different offer. I had to wait to see if he bought the car. (an overnight wait). I made a second offer after I was notified the next day that the person who came in did not buy the car. Both of my offers, were rejected. I applaud Mr. Moon for all of his help and efforts. I will keep looking elsewhere and hope other dealerships are as pleasant to deal with.. More
