Great experience purchasing my new F150 Very smooth transaction. Spoke to Jesse late Tuesday afternoon. Gave him some general specs. Had me set up with Luis the next morning and drove my new Very smooth transaction. Spoke to Jesse late Tuesday afternoon. Gave him some general specs. Had me set up with Luis the next morning and drove my new F150 home Wed afternoon. The overall staff is very professional and courteous. Luis was vert attentive and inherently understood my desire to get the deal done quick and efficient. Bob in finance had everything ready to go, was very professional, signed all my docs and was good to go in a short time. Needed to leave my 2013 Taurus to get some service work done. Luis set me up with Jeff Sparks and made sure everything was set. Jeff said he check out my issues and give me a call the next day (today). Great staff, very professional. Seem like they're happy to be at Bozard! More

Battery replacement Marcia Nelson got the particulars from me when I brought my car for a check up. Although I did not have an appointment, she took me right in (I had an Marcia Nelson got the particulars from me when I brought my car for a check up. Although I did not have an appointment, she took me right in (I had an issue with my battery & car had a strange smell). Marcia wrote detailed notes and expressed her concern about the car's smell. Then, she gave me one of the dealer's vehicles, so I would not have to go to Enterprise next door (where I waited almost 2 hours last month as they didn't have any rentals available, even though I have made arrangements 48 hours in advance and ask them to put me in the SUV or any passenger car - I am not picky). This allowed me to go to work on time (it was Monday morning of all days!). Throughout that day and Tuesday Marcia kept me in the loop about my car & provided updates on the car. Great Lady - professional and wonderful and gives us hugs every time we see her! My husband & I think a world of Ms. Marcia. More

Backorder replacement seatbelt for driver's side Marsha could not have been any more attentive than she was during the 7 weeks it took to get our seatbelt replaced on our MKZ. We were given a loaner Marsha could not have been any more attentive than she was during the 7 weeks it took to get our seatbelt replaced on our MKZ. We were given a loaner for the entire time which was much appreciated - I have a brother in hospice and this loaner gave me the opportunity to continue visiting him. I am so grateful to Marsha, Ashley, and the rest of the service team. Bozard is a class act - one you should be proud of. More
