Honest and Helpfull I saw the deal of a lifetime at another dealership that was over 300 miles away and came to Bozard Ford to test drive the same type of vehicle to make I saw the deal of a lifetime at another dealership that was over 300 miles away and came to Bozard Ford to test drive the same type of vehicle to make sure it was right for me. Jeremy Criscione helped me and was very respectful and not pushy at all. When I brought up the "great deal", he was honest, did research for me and said it was suspicious and sounded too good to be true. He didn't want me to drive all that way to find out it was a gimmick, so he even gave me specific questions to ask the dealer. He said if the deal was real then not to pass it up because I wouldn't get any other like it. Sure enough, when it came down to it, Jeremy was right. The dealership was trying to lure me in and slap me with tons of hidden fees in the hopes I would buy from them after taking the long trip. The customer service didn't stop there. Bozard Ford then came so close to that unbelievable price on an even better car, I bought directly from them. I couldn't believe the deal I got on this car! Their honesty and customer service will have me coming back again. Thank you Jeremy and thank you Bozard Ford... I couldn't be happier! More

Exceeded Expectations - Problem with Used Car On September 2, 2015, I bought a 2011 Expedition EL from Bozard. It's a great vehicle. We love it. I also bought a 4-year extended warranty. The passenger side windshield wiper stopped working on September 5. I took it to Autonation Ford in Jacksonville thinking the warranty would cover it. Imagine my surprise when they told me that it wasn't covered by the extended warranty and it would cost $825 to replace the wiper motor assembly. I called Bozard and spoke to Alex. We set up an appointment. Bozard fixed the wiper problem and it cost me nothing. I'll go back there to buy my next car. More
