I would recommend Lithia Reno. The staff was friendly and helpful. I took my daughters car in for a recall software update. I was also able to get her car serviced including new ti The staff was friendly and helpful. I took my daughters car in for a recall software update. I was also able to get her car serviced including new tires (which were desperately needed). She was able to take her car back to collage and I felt safe about her travels. They were able to uncover a recall and fix that as well ad determine the root of my car's issue. However, they took a day longer to service me, and ultimately couldn't fix the issue.
