The one thing that drives me away from car lots are salesmen who shadow you. Jim made the sale because he let me look at the vehicles while he went about his business until I was down to the 2 vehicles salesmen who shadow you. Our experience at Bozard was excellent, and we have already been recommending this dealership to our friends and family. We put off shopping for a car for almost a year because we didn't want to deal already been recommending this dealership to our friends and family. We put off shopping for a car for almost a year because we didn't want to deal with the typical experience car consumers have come to expect. Jim Duran was helpful from the first phone call, and he didn't try to sell us a car that we couldn't afford. We told him what we could/would spend, and he helped us find the perfect fit. He did not pressure us to look at cars outside of our means, and he even helped to get us a deal on a car that may have otherwise been too expensive. We appreciated his honest, no-pressure approach to selling cars. It was also a pleasure working with AJ Miller to execute our paperwork and financing. He was friendly, organized and offered us the variety of warranties and add-ons without using pressure or scare tactics. He was honest about what he would personally buy for his own car, as well as what he didn't think was necessary.
