He went above and beyond throughout the entire process of me placing the order for my Bronco all the way through pickup once it arrive Star Ford NRH. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process of me placing the order for my Bronco all the way through pickup once it arrived. He called once a month to check in and provide any updates while it was being built. He even identified a couple parts to leave off of the custom order in order to expedite the build timeline since they could easily be added after the vehicle arrived. Really went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. Knowledgeable, great communication. 10/10. More

As we walked into Five Star Ford in N. Richland Hills, Texas, MM Ross greeted my wife and I and asked us how he could be of service. I told MM that I was looking to trade in my used Ram 15 Richland Hills, Texas, MM Ross greeted my wife and I and asked us how he could be of service. I told MM that I was looking to trade in my used Ram 1500 Truck for a New 2023 Ford F-150 Supercrew model. He told us that he would get Joad Mejia to help us and within a few seconds Joad approached and warmly greeted us. We are both satisfied beyond our expectations with Joad's extremely obligating service. He listened well, answered every question I asked, and made sure that our desired model was found quickly and took our trade-in model to be evaluated and appraised. Our vehicle was given the maximum amount that I had estimated it was valued at based on several online used vehicle estimator programs I used. In less than an hour we had test driven the truck we eventually purchased. Joad's professional demeanor and customer service approach was very refreshing and if I were judging him on a scale between 1 and 10, he earned a well-deserving 10. Joad introduced my wife and me to Sam O'Reggio to discuss some vehicle options that I was considering. Sam too was very courteous, knowledgeable, completely down-to-earth friendly and was able to answer the questions I asked and provided the out-of-pocket expense for the options added to the package. Finally, we met Kyle Crowley for the Financing arrangements to complete our purchase. Kyle was efficient, friendly, and made this final transaction in the purchase process of our vehicle run smoothly. The entire Five Star Ford Team was excellent. The options installed on our vehicle were completed the afternoon of our purchase, and we received a New Ford F-150 4 x 2 Supercrew Truck with a full tank of gas, clean and washed. We couldn't be happier with the treatment we were given. Thank you, Joad, and everyone else that I mentioned in this review. More
