Jerry Reynolds from the Car Pro Show, after hearing what I wa I would like to relate what a pleasant experience I had when recently looking for a car. Jerry Reynolds from the Car Pro Show, after hearing what I was interested in, suggested I call Joshua Fichter, the GM at 5 Star Ford NRH. So I started out by making contact with Joshua, and described what I was interested in. I made plans to stop by on a Saturday afternoon. When I arrived at the dealership on Saturday, I was greeted by Joshua, who immediately introduced me to sales associate John Hilsinger to see what there was available for either a Ford Focus or a Ford Fusion. I quickly determined that a Ford Fusion would fit better. After looking at a couple of cars, I decided my prime candidate was a pre-owned certified 2016 Ford Fusion. I was 95% certain but wanted to think on it a couple of days. Fortunately it was still available on Tuesday. I took a test drive and decided this was what I wanted. I returned the following Saturday to take delivery. Thanks again for a truly painless and dare I say enjoyable auto buying experience! More

I stopped by Five Star Ford after going to several other Ford dealers around the metroplex, and ended up having to stay later than John was so great! I stopped by Five Star Ford after going to several other Ford dealers around the metroplex, and ended up having to stay later than intended and not once did he complain. It was a Saturday and I was sure he wanted to be with his family, and he was insistent on wanting to find me the best deal possible for the car I wanted. He ran back and forth for hours trying to work the best deal possible for me, and was very attentive and willing to put the extra work in to make car buying as hassle-free as possible for me. Being a first-time buyer, I had no idea what to expect. John was so understanding and I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of or being ripped-off. He even worked wonders trying to find different rebates that would work for me to get my price down, and into the monthly payment range I could afford. He truly makes you feel like you are his only worry in the world, and that is such a nice feeling while trying to find the vehicle you will be relying on for the next few years. He works wonders and I would recommend him to anybody and everybody! More

Both our Salesman, John Hilsinger, and our finance manager, Robert Leet, were friendly, personable, kind and gracious. I had my heart set on a Honda Fit for ages, but after one test drive of the Fiesta Titanium, the Fit was a distant memory. I got an amazing car at a fair price, and the purchasing experience was virtually painless (I say "virtually" because it's impossible to be completely patient and relaxed while you're waiting to drive away in your cool car). By far the best car purchasing experience I've ever had. My boyfriend and I will without a doubt continue to purchase cars from Five Star. Thanks again to Robert and John! More
