Fantastic Price and Customer Service I always dread buying cars, primarily due to previous interactions with typical car salesmen. This time was completely different. I inquired about an Explorer Thursday evening, had an email response first thing Friday, spoke with Josh and let him know that I needed his best price and he gave me his best offer right off the bat and therefore, he didn't waste my time or his going back and forth. His price beat my local dealer's price in Oklahoma, and due to the price and the service I received from Josh over the course of several phone calls and emails to finalize details, I drove 3.5 hours that Saturday to give him my business. In addition, Josh's supervisor contacted me, well after the deal was agreed on to "thank me" for my business and for driving to their dealership from Oklahoma. Also, the finance manager, Robert, was very impressive and didn't employ the typical aggressive tactics to push extended warranties like most dealerships do. Bottom line...I can't say enough about how impressed and satisfied my wife and I were with our entire experience. We would recommend this dealership to anyone and definitely plan on doing business with them in the future. More

Professionals make it worth the drive. My wife and I have been researching F-150's and talking to dealers all over Texas for the last two months. I recently contacted Melvin Seibel about My wife and I have been researching F-150's and talking to dealers all over Texas for the last two months. I recently contacted Melvin Seibel about a vehicle listed on their website and received nothing but straight answers and firm pricing. I contacted him late last Friday about driving up from Waco to see the vehicle. He realized that he would not be there by the time we arrived but it was not a problem! He arranged to have the vehicle brought over from another lot, it was detailed and full of gas, plus he handed us over to Josh Ingram who was fully prepared to handle the sale. We then worked with Jimmy Truong on signing the papers and also met William Conner to discuss the possibility of getting a bed liner. To a person, everyone we dealt with was polite, knowledgeable and very professional. On Saturday, Melvin followed up by calling and offering his assistance if we had any questions about the vehicle. After talking to many poor businessmen during our vehicle search it was refreshing to find a dealership that treats their customers and one another with respect! More

Good cars, better people. I set out that day to get a car. First I went to 5 Star Ford. They were straight with me at every turn. They gave me the best deal they could. When they found out I was a police officer they made sure I got a "first responder" discount. They were polite and accommodating at every step. Even after we told them we were going to check a couple other dealerships. After we showed them the car we were looking at at Westway Ford, they simply said "Well if that's a better deal, then go for, if not come on back and we'll get you this car." I went to Westway Ford, and it was awful. They jerked me around at every step. They were full of crap, and did all but straight up lie to me. I hate games, and that's all they wanted to play. So I left. Eventually they called me with a deal that I probably would've taken, if they had been straight with me from the start. I immediately went back to 5 Star and started the paperwork. I do not at all regret my decision. I chose to buy a car from decent people. More
