Number 6 from Five Star and my third from Jim Rich I had previously bought 5 vehicles from Five Star. We now live almost 100 miles from Five Star and I shopped some dealerships much closer to our hous I had previously bought 5 vehicles from Five Star. We now live almost 100 miles from Five Star and I shopped some dealerships much closer to our house. But, in the end, I ended up back at Five Star and working with Jim Rich. I had bought my last two trucks from Jim. This purchase was for my wife's birthday. We're now retired and looking for a good "travel" vehicle. When Jim told me that his wife drives an Explorer and he was about to get her another one, I knew my choice of an Explorer was correct. Five Star didn't have the color she wanted but Jim found it for her. He never even mentioned a different color...he just went to work and found her truck. Jim is GREAT to work with. He finds what I want and sells it at a reasonable price. And it doesn't end with the sale. He ask Nita to call him direct when her truck needed service. He said that he would make her appointment and be certain she was well taken of. He's already called this morning (we took delivery yesterday afternoon) to make sure it didn't "break down" on the way home. Our finance guy was Freddie Valdovinos and he treated us to "Freddie's Finance Experience". Freddie made even this part of the process enjoyable and gave us a reasonable deal on the "extra" stuff...extended warranty, paint protection, etc. As I said earlier, we now live about 100 miles away and I take my truck back to Five Star for service. For Nita's Explorer, I per purchased oil changes for 6 years or 100,000 miles. Five Star has my business for many years to come. More

How to you summarize perfection in a few words... PERFECTION From the moment we walked in the dealership, it was an amazing experience. Everyone we came into contact with was respectful, attentive and genuine. From the moment we walked in the dealership, it was an amazing experience. Everyone we came into contact with was respectful, attentive and genuine. Our sales person, Aaron was informative, professional and took a normal stressful experience of buying a car into one of order and calmness. His sense of humor and ability to empathize with our buying experience put both my wife and 16 year old son at ease. Financing was the smoothest and quickest I have ever gone through in 30 years of car buying. Kenny was great.... Not pushy... He presented the options..pros and cons... And we were free to make a choice that fit our needs. We were introduced to the after market accessory sales person...and William Conner and Joshua Fichter was polite and respectful. All of them shared in the excitement of our 16 yo getting his first car. While they knew who was writing the check, they treated him like the customer...congratulating him, shaking his hand and engaging in meaningful conversation. This was more than a car buying experience it was a life remembering experience for us with our son on his first car made better from the treatment of everyone a Five Star Ford. Thank you! More

Great Service all the way around. Really enjoyed buying my 2013 Fusion from these folks. I had called ahead to talk with a salesman and he agreed to stay past his normal quitting time Really enjoyed buying my 2013 Fusion from these folks. I had called ahead to talk with a salesman and he agreed to stay past his normal quitting time to meet us. We were greeted with smiles and handshakes from several of the sales staff. Our salesman listened to our needs and wants concerning a vehicle and came up with a unit on the lot that I felt was a good fit and a great deal! We were introduced to the GM , who personally called us a few days later to make sure that we were happy with the car. In finance, We were given a no pressure presentation of the extended warranty options and surprised with a lower than expected interest rate. Great Service Experience! More

Sean Billhymer called to arrange a service visit. Sean explained that after my visit, they would discuss with Ford on my behalf. Ford denied the request so Sean and Robert decided to cover my repair through the dealership. Additionally, Sean reattached the front passenger seat cover onto a rail underneath. It had been dangling since my seat covers were replaced several years ago and I never brought it to your attention-shame on me. Thank you so much for going the extra mile for me. I know you had no obligation to assist me but I truly appreciate Josh and Robert's willingness to go the extra mile for me...and especially Sean for making it seem that it was no big deal for 5 Star to step up---well it is a huge deal and thank you...
