I was wanting to purchase a new vehicle and thought that I knew exactly what I wanted. The Dealership could have easily just sold me a vehicle and handed me a set of keys. Instead starting with Mr. Rich, all of the people listed took the time to inform me of new changes, rebates, special offers, etc. the care that I received was simply incredible. I was able to purchase more vehicle for less money. That would have never happened if the entire staff at this dealership had not had my best interest and total satisfaction in mind. I know that I have forgotten to mention someone who helped me and for that please forgive me. The attitude and honesty at this dealership is second to none. Great experience working with internet manager Melvin Seibel Mel is very approachable and extremely helpful in the vehicle buying process. Very courteous and friendly ladies in the receptionist/lobby area. Professional and courteous Financial Manager Mr. Tut Edwards. Courteous, professional, and knowledgeable Director of Operations, Mr. Joshua Fichter. Mr. Fichter offered a great deal on a new 2015 F150 and even better gave me great advise on how to find great parking for the Patriots vs Cowboys game. Last but not least is what made this an awesome experience and that was my dealing/working with Mr. David Deger. What I appreciated of Mr. Deger is that he is a very honest, down to earth, trusting gentleman. Besides being courteous, professional, and knowledgeable he has a perfect approach in pitching a sale, and that is he does not use "HIGH PRESSURE TACTICS".
