It was a great experience that exceeded my expectations! Jerry Reynolds directed us to Five-Star Ford in North Richland Hills. We walked in the door, asked to talk to Jerry Rich, who was with another custom Jerry Reynolds directed us to Five-Star Ford in North Richland Hills. We walked in the door, asked to talk to Jerry Rich, who was with another customer, then Josh Ficher took over and treated us like "lost family members." He enlightened us of the company's visions, objectives and training that gave us confidence in buying a vehicle from Five-Star. He turned us over to Jason Howell, who was extremely courteous, exhibited patience, and reinforced the feeling that we would be treated fairly. There was no "high pressure" sales, and we appreciated that. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the technology. Jason was up-front and on top of ever aspect associated the sale and what I should expect from Five Star Ford. In conclusion, Five Star Ford, North Richland Hills exhibits those qualities most valued in a trusted car dealership today! More

It's not too good to be true! It's that good, and true! This will be long, so let me give the quick summary first: This dealership is great. Worth it even though my husband and I live 40 minutes away and there are multiple Ford dealerships closer (one less than 10 minutes from our house). I couldn't recommend it enough. Work with Sam Limo! Now for long: I started the process of buying an Edge at the Five Star Ford dealer closest to my home (so don't think all Five Star Fords are the same!). I went in with all my research done (knew value of my trade-in, had my credit score, had researched the Edge model I wanted extensively for features/price). I don't think this particular dealership liked that at all. It was very high pressure from the get go. They wanted to immediately run my credit (which I declined), get my appraisal (which I stated I wouldn't be selling until I got an offer from Carmax the next morning) and get me to SIGN a paper saying 'if they can get me a number on the Edge, and my appraisal I would buy' (It was a post it....). They wouldn't agree to numbers I liked, they very much low-balled me on the trade-in (because my tires were old/blah blah blah) and they said they 'weren't privy to any interest rate specials (even though Ford was offering a 1.9% rate on their website). They played the "let me talk to my manager" but of course I had to sign my name first...Long story long...I left because I couldn't trust a word they said and I told my sales person as much. Insert me calling/emailing with a few other dealers and eventually giving up on Edge. Couldn't get exactly what I wanted in DFW and I wasn't liking any of the dealers enough to go through the process of ordering a vehicle. I then switched gears and started shopping seriously for an Acura RDX but had the same bad feeling towards the dealers I was engaging with (who had what I wanted on the lot). So I ended up in a position again to have to order a vehicle. Now enter Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills. At that point I decided I would open up my specs for what Edge I would be happy with and found three I liked on the lot at Five Star Ford. I promptly called the online number and Sam Limo picked up. I asked specifically if they had the 3 vehicles ON THE LOT (and he informed me they had 2 ready to go and one in a storage lot near by) - didn't want the game of getting there only to find out "OOPS! we don't have that one after all" so I appreciated his clarity. We showed up later that night (a few minutes late - sorry Sam!) and when he came to greet us he had the keys in hand to the vehicles that he said were on the lot and again asked if we wanted him to get the one in storage (we said no). We drove one vehicle. Hemmed, hawed, looks inside/outside at the other one (I had already drive that model just wanted to see it again because the interior was very different) and even looked at another one I saw from afar on the lot. Tested out the parking sensors for 15 minutes. Drove it again. All the while Sam stood to the back ready to answer questions but pretty much staying out of it. Since we'd already done so much test driving (had even rented and Edge for a week) we were ready to make a move if the car on the lot met our specifications and we decided it did. At that point we went inside and Sam pulled up the website (I had taken a picture thinking they may change the website because the price listed was so good according to my research) and there was the price as it stood before. He said "here is the break down and this is the price I can offer you". NO HAGGLING. I could have haggled I suppose but I was just so pleased. This is the advertised price, and it is the same price I'm offering. To me that was worth the *possible* $300 I *might* have been able to scrape off. It was just so straight forward and easy and honest. No dealer add-ons! (they offer you a few but you can turn them down or accept, they are NOT FORCED and are not added in during financing). He ran my credit at this point which he came back and told me honestly would qualify me for a great rate (none of that trying to make me question my score and my potential interest rate). He also offered to get my trade in appraised (after we agreed on car price and confirmed my credit would be no issue) and it came back $1500 less than Carmax (which is normal and not unexpected to me at all due to Carmax's nationwide network to sell). The other Ford dealer was $3000 below Carmax to give context. So I said 'no thanks' and that was that. No haggling. Now to finance: my husband and I were like 'heeeeeere we go. that was too good now we'll pay the price'. But Nope! Freddie was great. Introduced himself, cut to the chase: here are the goals, etc. Then he said here is the best Ford rate you can get (we took dealer cash offer instead of special interest due to credit score getting us a good enough rate to save more overall) and it was higher than I hoped so he then shopped it around to a few select banks and got a rate about .7% lower. We said 'Ok!" and then we started paper work. He offered extended warranty, we said 'no thanks' he explained the cost/price just in case, we said 'no thanks' and he moved on. Seriously, just moved on! Then he offered some tire/wheel protection which actually seemed like a good deal but we had agreed previously in private to buy not $1 extra so we said 'no thanks' and he moved on. I feel like he offered one more thing but then when we said 'no thanks' began printing out everything for us to sign! And that folks, was that! (I actually forgot my check book and it was 10pm at this point and I wanted to trade my car in before I took home the Edge so we agreed to come back the next morning for the vehicle). Finally, I did fill out a dealer sent survey the day after my purchase and I explained 3 points of confusion I had (I gave them excellent a few "Very Good" scores). I got a call almost immediately from Sam explaining one point to me twice (I couldn't get it the first time) very patiently - I had been wrong in my confusion and he made sure I fully understood, not just took his word. And then on the other 2 things explained as well. Later I got a call from someone in Finance willing to explain again (and then wanting to hear my whole process because THEY DO CARE and they wanted to understand why I came from so far away). Then this morning ANOTHER call from director of finance making sure I was satisfied and had no further questions. WOW. Gave them a great survey score and they still read my entire response and called me 3 times to confirm all was well. I will absolutely try to buy my next car from Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills. I'm pretty sure they never once uttered 'what can I do to earn your business' (which to me is just words) yet they absolutely delivered on that front. LOVED IT. It is NOT too good to be true. Trust the reviews. And I personally recommend Sam Limo! More

They were always professional, courteous and conscientious every time we had to bring our car in for service. That's why I decided to buy my next new car there...because I knew I wouldn't have to worry about Service after the sale. And the Sales team was just as professional and courteous. Very good experience all around with this dealer. More

I pulled away and realized the offer they made was sufficient and I'd prefer to accept it than to leave and start all over again. I went back in. I explained that they won and I'd accept their offer. Joshua informed me it wasn't about winning, but a good experience. I had already told them I accepted their offer, but they threw in tinted windows on top of it. This put a smile on face. It made it a "good experience". We were happy with the service by Jason Howell, Gary White and Joshua Fichter. When it came to financing, we saw the "Tutman" (as he refers to himself). Why he references himself to a child king is beyond me. Maybe he's an 8 year old at heart. Regardless, the experience with him was great. I made it clear I wasn't interested in a warranty. He briefly explained why it's an option. However, he didn't pressure me. This made me feel like he actually listened to me and gave me more confidence in him as an honest person. I prefer it this way. More

Alfred El Darazi was my salesperson who was very informative and very entertaining! He really cared about finding me what I want and helping me make it happen. Then when I went through the finance process with Anthony Snyder it was quick and simple. He was so hilarious cracking jokes and making me feel at ease. He discussed everything with me and made it simple. Then a member of the management team, Joshua Fichter, stopped into the finance office where we were and we started talking and found out how small of a world we live in because he is related to my parents' best friends and my 6th grade teacher who I love! He was genuine, nice and really made sure we had a great experience at this dealership. I am so happy that my boyfriend made me come to this dealership since he had previously bought 2 vehicles from here. I am very pleased with everyone I came in contact with at this dealership and will be referring others to come here as well! Great job to the team at Five Star Ford!!!! More

My Fusion was not repairable due to a mystery issue and then my service visit became a Ford buy back! Everyone at Five Star Ford was awesome in making the nightmare bearable, Robert M pushed Ford and followed through as far as he could to pass it on to Josh and Tony H.to close the deal. I've bought my other two Fusions here through Spencer Southwell and was pleased to buy my third from my favorite salesmen!!!! Thank you everyone, see you on the next one!!! More

She wont steer you wrong! Thanks to Doreen Parker, I feel no regrets spending my hard-earned money on a NEW 2014 F150, XLT SuperCrew, 4X4, Chrome Pkg. thousands less than MSRP. Thanks to Doreen Parker, I feel no regrets spending my hard-earned money on a NEW 2014 F150, XLT SuperCrew, 4X4, Chrome Pkg. thousands less than MSRP. I FEEL I GOT A DEAL, she also helped me get the bed-lining and extra window tint done before taking it off the lot. Choice! I did do the research online, but found out many other vehicles with bargains were not online because the vehicles get shuffled between other Ford lots so updates are not always current. YOU GOTTA WALK THE LOTS. Doreen Parker did exactly that with me, we saw every pick-up you could think of. She remembered every detail I wanted in my Vehicle and found it, hiding in the middle of the sea of 2015's. Before taking the vehicle home we went through a host of things such as Service Dept. I was introduced to a Service Agent that has been there 10+ years, he gave me advice on the care of my pickup, I was introduced to those in the Parts Dept, they answered questions I had, I also had a visit with Five Star Ford Management to ask me questions about the Service I received, he even inspected the vehicle to ensure that there was nothing left out...Management did that. :) I am a satisfied customer, thank you Mrs Parker for the smooth transaction, thank you Service Dept. Parts Dept and Management for helping me make this big decision feel right. It is much appreciated. Doreen I forgot the name of your boss that came out to talk to us and inspected the truck, I was still shocked at the great vehicle I got. Tell him thanks! More

This came at a bad time as i was needing my car to go on vacation. Progressive insurance also great co! They took care of me as well! I had been to only 2 dealersships after returning from vacation and in a pickle to HAVE TO purchase a car within 2 days. I did major research for 2 weeks went to look at the used tarus sho and loved It. However this dealership put a buying customer on hold at the store 4 hours!! ( booo! Patterson kia of arlington!!) so left there one short stop at auto nation then to FIVE STAR FORD. Was introduced to my sales associate Mr. Greg Foster. We hit it off right away. We went for a few test drives of their used inventory. Nothing matched up to what I really wanted. Greg asked me exactly what I was looking for, i told him what I wanted to pay . And the rest is history. My boyfriend and I were treated like royalty! As all of you this isnt what I expected. We arrived late to the dealership that evening and Mr. foster stayed over very late to work a wonderful deal for us. I met his boss Josh Fichter previously when having the 2007 fusion serviced there. These guys rock! Anthony the " finance guy " was a hoot and very knowledgeable. The entire team stayed on late there to get us taken care of , gave us great information about the purchase ,and explained every detail of the paperwork to me as well as the benefits i would be entitled to as a five star ford new car owner. We purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion Titanium! I am overjoyed with it. Go the postcard letting me know my tags and plates were in at Five Star and ran up there got them and wouldnt you know, Mr Foster was there with drill in hand to affix them for me right in the lot. He asked me questions about the car and how it was treating me and i gave him a wonderous review ! I will be back to Five Star to visit Mr. Foster, and Mr. Fichter when im there for oil changes! And when I take the FORD SYNC/TOUCH FREE CLASS they give you. These guys treated me like family! Thank you and Bless you Greg Foster ! I feel like your my brother from another mother! Ditto Josh! ??
