I reluctantly placed a $500 deposit for an incoming F150 today. The deal was handled by a very professional and courteous salesperson, Armando Calvary. Albeit this, I had a bitter experience with the GM Joshua Fichter and his another new car sales manager, Justin Allerheiligen. Joshua did not bother to return my message from yesterday and I personally went to the dealership today to further negotiate $500 and unexpectedly met with rude and defensive Justin although I was expecting to talk to Michael. He acknowledged receiving my text yesterday, and while discussing further, he made me feel like I was getting the truck from his dealership for "free". He was further abhorrent, rude, and unprofessional contrary to "management" position that requires a much patience, courteousness, and great customer service. The deal may have been good in his eyes but that does not justify being rude to a customer who is onsite. He may have gotten away with his style of behavior and attitude in the past, but not with me! He certainly needs an attitude adjustment and needs to respect his customers and their monies, and further needs to stop acting like as if he is the one paying for his customers vehicles. I know the dealership has many good ratings overall, but I was shocked, discouraged, and disappointed at his attitude. I have bought several cars in my lifetime and never encountered such a disgusting attitude come from a "management" personnel. I advise future customers to ask for a management name first and if he is on duty, then run away from him or the dealership as you don't want to be treated like a number instead of a humble customer who is out there to give a business! I hope upper management or the owner of the business sends a secret shopper to learn his behavior and perhaps consider adjusting it accordingly for future pleasant car buying experience! Finally, I ended up leaving the deposit because their F150 was the earliest arriving unit compared to other dealers availability. More

He records a virtual video walk-around of the vehicle and resolves all of my concerns about vehicle condition. It feels as I am there looking at the vehicle in person. Superb salesmanship. Hector is a great guy to deal with; really smart and an active listener. Ask for him. My deal manager is Joshua Ingram. This man actually picks up his phone, if he is available, and does not screen calls. He gets to the matters at hand and does not waste time. Accessible and very quick to offer me full disclosure before I commit. I'm totally happy with the deal.  It is a great deal and this is an honest dealership. The vehicle I purchase is exactly as pictured and described. I will definitely trade with these guys again.  Thanks guys, I love my "like new" pre-owned 2019 Ford Transit 250. I called 5 Star Ford in NRH and received Bob Nemri on the Phone looking for a specific equipped Ranger. He assured me he had what I wanted and stated the exact price. I set the appointment and went to see him the next day. The truck he had was just what I was looking for. I had a trade that was worth quite a bit and was concerned getting a fair price for it. Not only did I get a good price but several more thousand dollars than the truck brand dealerships would give me! And it wasn't a Ford! We made the deal and I was off to see David "MIT" Welch in finance. Well we all know this is where they get you with all the add-ons. I explained what I wanted and what I didn't and he set it up. No high pressure Sales. I was in and out of the dealership in a little over 3 hours. While in the dealership, Josh in Management stopped by to say hello. I mention all these folks because they made a impression on me as caring about why I was there. I have called Bob a couple of times with questions and was promptly contacted back with an answer.
