I called 5 Star Ford in NRH and received Bob Nemri on the Phone looking for a specific equipped Ranger. He assured me he had what I wanted and stated the exact price. I set the appointment and went to see him the next day. The truck he had was just what I was looking for. I had a trade that was worth quite a bit and was concerned getting a fair price for it. Not only did I get a good price but several more thousand dollars than the truck brand dealerships would give me! And it wasn't a Ford! We made the deal and I was off to see David "MIT" Welch in finance. Well we all know this is where they get you with all the add-ons. I explained what I wanted and what I didn't and he set it up. No high pressure Sales. I was in and out of the dealership in a little over 3 hours. While in the dealership, Josh in Management stopped by to say hello. I mention all these folks because they made a impression on me as caring about why I was there. I have called Bob a couple of times with questions and was promptly contacted back with an answer. After a less-than-pleasant experience at another dealership, my wife and I decided to try Five Star Ford in NRH. What a difference! We were greeted by salesman Alfred El-Darazi (aka: Grandpa) who dealership, my wife and I decided to try Five Star Ford in NRH. What a difference! We were greeted by salesman Alfred El-Darazi (aka: Grandpa) who found the particular F250 we wanted to see, showed us its features and then handed us the key for a test drive. The truck was spec'd out just as we wanted, and the sales manager and I agreed on a fair price consistent with my price research. No monkey games, no silliness, no pressure to add unwanted options or features at the finance office. Just a nice truck at a nice price. We will definitely return to Five Star for our next truck. And you can bet we will ask to see Grandpa again! More

A couple of weeks ago, my wife and I purchased a 2018 Platinum Ford F-150 truck from Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills. It was a terrific experience! This was not the first time we’ve been to Five Star Ford. Four years ago, we went there and my wife and I purchased two vehicles from Bob Nemri. Bob is a true professional! He is a very nice man, very knowledgeable about his product, very courteous, and patient. Bob is a great listener and absorbs what you are are saying to him. This is why we came back four years later to purchase another vehicle from Bob. I saw the truck on their Internet site and called Bob to see if it was available. He said it was available and he had it sitting there waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. Bob went reviewed several of the features of the truck and then let me test drive it. I instantly fell in love with the truck! After the test drive, my wife and I met with Bob to discuss the trade in of our 2013 Taurus as well as the sales price for the truck. After he gave me the figures on the trade-in and the truck price, I wrote down a counter offer. He reviewed it with his management and we were able to come to terms on the trade-in and the price on the truck that satisfied me very much. I highly recommend Five Star Ford and especially, Bob Nemri when you’re looking to purchase your next vehicle. More

Heard about their excellent financing deals at the end of May on the CarProUSA radio show. Called and spoke to the GM, J Fichter about financing issues I might have in purchasing. He introduced me to an EXCELLENT saleswoman, Marisa Thompson who spend a very long time with me (despite not knowing if I would be accepted for financing). She treated me with respect, listened to my driving/mileage/storage/pricing needs, offered me many choices told me about special offers available.
