Mr. Dike is an early morning person so he was available for me to test out a vehicle before work. He allowed me to take the vehicle for a drive and answered any questions I had. He had picked the perfect vehicle for me based on the preferences I had given over the phone. I loved the truck from the moment it started. I went back in a couple of hours to start the buying process because the deal offered was very fair and I knew the truck would not last long on the lot. I then worked with Tut in the finance department. He was friendly, straight forward, and extremely efficient. He gave me the information I needed without keeping me there for too long. I think we were finished with the paperwork etc in about 30-40 minutes. I definitely recommend this dealership and visiting Rick and Tut. They are excellent and I anticipate they will be responsive to any future contact I may need. Thank you from a very happy customer. More

Excellent experience... except We visited Sam Pack's Five Star Ford in NRH with a VIP Pass from Jerry Reynolds (The Car Pro). We were looking into buying a new Explorer. We were qui We visited Sam Pack's Five Star Ford in NRH with a VIP Pass from Jerry Reynolds (The Car Pro). We were looking into buying a new Explorer. We were quickly greeted then escorted upstairs to Joshua Fichter, the General Manager. Joshua thanked us for being there and spent some time speaking with us about the Car Pro VIP process and the importance they place on the buying experience. Joshua then introduced us to Lee Clanton, an experienced and tenured sales expert who would be guiding us through the process. We spent a good bit of time there but not because they were belaboring the process. Rather, we wanted to drive a few cars and talk through our choices. Lee was a terrific host and revealed every possible incentive. We were surprised, as we did not expect much on the "all-new, just introduced" 2020 Explorer Platinum Edition. While we had not planned to trade our vehicle, the incentive to do so was compelling. Lee Clanton presented an attractive offer on a beautiful white Platinum that was on their lot. Since white was the color we were after, we moved on to close the deal. As we were a cash customer, we moved on to a quick sit down in the finance office with David Hill, who further added to the pleasant experience. Afterward, Lee promised to add a couple of accessories and have the car prepped, beautiful and ready to go the next day. We left quite happy. When we arrived the next day, Lee was ready to meet us and walk us through the many (very many) technology features of the car. He took his time, made sure we understood and did a great job of making us operationally comfortable. Overall, we had an unexpectedly pleasant and comfortable experience from walk-in to drive off. Accolades to Lee Clanton for making this happen. We are now the proud owners of the all-new 2020 Ford Explorer Platinum Edition. It's gorgeous, quiet, comfortable and powerful. Exception and Recommendation: When we did the final walk-around, we found a door ding and scratch along with a slight flaw in the paint. These were pointed out to Lee and he assured us that Five Star would remedy the issues to our complete satisfaction. When a new car is ready to be delivered, it is parked in the general parking lot, in sometimes tight spaces where damage can occur. Even as Lee was demonstrating the vehicle's features, the person parked next to our new car opened their door and hit our mirror (ugh). After that we moved the vehicle to a safer place. We also found a small spot on the roof's edge where the paint appears to be peeling (that's on Ford). I would recommend that Five Star create an comfortable and cooled indoor space specifically designed for the delivery experience. This would provide the perfect "finishing touch" to the overall buying experience. Let it be said that neither of these minor issues soured the experience, as I am confident Sam Pack's Five Star will go above and beyond to make us happy. In closing, our thanks to Joshua Fichter (GM) and Lee Clanton (Sales) for delivering the absolute best car buying experience we have had in decades. If you are looking to buy a Ford, we would highly recommend Five Star Ford NRH and particularly, Lee Clanton. More

I returned the next morning, finalized the terms and then met with Finance Manager David Welch who reviewed the financing and warranty options and finalized the contract. I worked with Alfred El-Darazi in sales and Tut Edwards in finance and Sam O'Reggio in aftermarket sales. All three made the process so easy. Alfred was excellent in getting the exact color and features I was looking for. Tut made financing easy and Sam took care of the aftermarket items I wanted. One important note on this dealer, Sam Pack Ford does not have add ons included before you buy. You can pick and choose what you want and not get slammed with something you do not. If you want a wonderful buying experience I highly recommend Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills. Please ask for Alfred and he will take excellent care of you. More

Good price on vehicle and trade-in but not treated well. I obtained a good price on the new vehicle and a fair price on my trade-in, but it took a very long time and then near the end there was a flurry of a I obtained a good price on the new vehicle and a fair price on my trade-in, but it took a very long time and then near the end there was a flurry of activity and almost nothing was explained. I felt like I was being shoved out of the door. Also, mistakes were made on the paperwork (they misspelled "David", seriously), which while not a huge deal, led to something that was a big deal ... them not taking it seriously and refusing to contact me or give the matter any attention until I spoke to the manager, despite that time really was of-the-essence, since a mistake on your name in the title, for example, can take months to correct.
