Not just another number I purchased a new 2018 F150, subsequently the engine failed two weeks after purchase. The dealership did a great job in keeping in contact with me, I purchased a new 2018 F150, subsequently the engine failed two weeks after purchase. The dealership did a great job in keeping in contact with me, although the parts were hard to get from Ford, due to the truck being so new, They were finally able to get the new engine and get it installed, however during testing there was some kind of failure with the new engine. I met with Joshua Fichter, the dealership's general manager, and he immediately went to work on getting me a new truck. I dealt with Robert Morgan - service director, Johnny Tisdale -service drive manager, Ezra McDaniel - service advisor and two other advisors Ron Baron and Odie Terry. Everyone was very understanding and did everything to make a bad situation as pleasant as it could be. They really made me feel like my business mattered even though they are a very high volume dealer, I never felt like I was just a number to them. They empathized as if it was them in my situation and did everything within there control to make me happy. At no time did I ever feel like the dealership did anything wrong, I was just the person in a bad situation. I can't stress enough how important the general manager, Joshua Fichter made me feel as thought my business and satisfactions were of the utmost importance. They have proven that when you have a legitimate problem they are in the trenches fighting for their customers to make it right. That is why they have earned my highest respect and a customer for life. Many individuals could have found all the bad in this situation, but Five Star Ford, North Richland Hills, worked so hard on my behalf there was no way I had any room to complain. Thank you again; Joshua Fichter, Ezra McDaniel, Robert Morgan, Johnny Tisdale, and the additional service advisors Odie Terry and Ron Baron for making me feel like a valued customer! More

Went above and beyond to ensure I was happy I had an issue with a 2017 model vehicle where I was spending way more time in the service department than I should have with a brand new vehicle. Ro I had an issue with a 2017 model vehicle where I was spending way more time in the service department than I should have with a brand new vehicle. Robert, Joshua, and Rick Dike made sure that I was taken care of and worked through a deal with me to get into a different vehicle. I would say this was a very special circumstance that led to this decision, but they didn't take it lightly and made sure I was taken care of. I can't recommend these guys more for the customer service they provided to me. More

Over the past 1 year and 9 months Wayne Biggers exceeded an expectations we ever had for any car dealer. He contacted us regularly to see if we where doing good with our purchase. Called during holidays to wish us well tidings. His dedication to his customers and to us is why, when it was time for another car, they where our only choice. This time around was no difference. Wayne and the Five Star Ford staff made the experience of buying a car an enjoyable experience. We told them what we where looking for and they went to work. By the time we where done both myself and my wife where very happy and when it comes time for another car, we know where we will be going. More

What a vehicle buying experience I should be. Due to no fault of my own my vehicle was involved in an accident. My vehicle was repaired at Five Star Ford Collision center. The collision service manager Duck Brewer introduced me to the general manager of Five Star Ford. I was introduced to Joshua Fichter. Joshua also introduced me to David Deger the Internet sales manager. I let both of them know that I was interested in a possible trade in and purchase of a new vehicle. I let them know that I was not ready to spend a lot of time back and forth on the possible trade and purchase of a new vehicle. Something occurred that I have not seen in my 40+ years of buying vehicles. In less than 90 minutes there was an offer for my vehicle for trade-in and amount to be financed for the new vehicle. There was no pressure from either person to get me to buy the vehicle. I told them I would need time to talk to my wife about a possible purchase. I let them know if I took the deal that I would be taking care of the financing myself. They said that would not be a problem. I spoke with my wife and we both agreed on the purchase. We contacted our credit union reps and got the loan amount taken care of. I called David Deger and told him that I would take the deal and I would be in Friday to take care of our paperwork. Processing of paperwork and financing paperwork took less than 90 minutes. I drove off the lot with my new truck to go pick my wife up at the airport. I used to dread going to a car dealership looking for a vehicle. Every visit to a car dealership should be just like the one I experienced. I had visited six other dealerships prior to coming to this one in the area. Five Star Ford stands as an example of excellence above all of them. David Deger and Joshua Fichter are up front , respectful, and just great to work with. I would be more than happy to recommend this dealership to anyone. More

My wife and I had an appointment to look at a used car, and when we arrived, Josh met us at the front desk. He pulled the car around for a test drive and let us take as long as we needed to check out the car. We then spent time with Josh and Marisa, just chatting and getting to now each other. There was no pressure and no hassle. When we decided to make the purchase, everything was handled quickly and professionally. When we were done, my wife and I both felt like we had made new friends. We would absolutely recommend Five Star Ford of North Richland Hills. More
