Purchase of new 2017 F-150 I have been a Ford client for many years. I had a newer model F-150 that I was having problems with and was loosing faith in the Ford Brand. Joshua Fi I have been a Ford client for many years. I had a newer model F-150 that I was having problems with and was loosing faith in the Ford Brand. Joshua Fichter the GM for Five Start Ford NRH stepped in and worked with me and Ford to find a solution to my problem, It ended up with me buying a new 2017 F-150. The staff at Five Star took, what was a terrible experience for me and turned it into a very pleasant experience. They stood behind the Ford Product and went above and beyond in taking care of a long time Ford client. Lee Clanton made the buying process a very pleasant one. He is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. Elbert (Tut) Edwards was great to deal with in Finance. This is the 4th truck I have purchased from Five Star. I would recommend Five Star to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. They make the buying process a very easy one. Great Dealership!! More

Do not buy a car from here if you care about your saftey I purchased a 2007 ford edge to only find out later it had an open safety recall on it that they did not disclose to me. SOLVE My "TIRE" PROBLEM I had a TIRE Problem the First Day I Picked Up My New 2016 F-150 King Ranch on 01-09-2017. Had it Checked Out on 01-11-2017 and Drove Home and Still h I had a TIRE Problem the First Day I Picked Up My New 2016 F-150 King Ranch on 01-09-2017. Had it Checked Out on 01-11-2017 and Drove Home and Still had the Problem. So I Took it to a FORD Dealer in My Home Town and They Didn't Find the Problem Also. So I was REALLY Disappointed with My NEW F-150 KR with the Tire PROBLEM. So on 03-23-2017 I Email Mr. Joshua Fichter "General Manager of Five Star FORD of North Richland Hills. Mr. Fichter Called Me as soon as he Read My Email about My Tire Problem. And was Concerned about My Problem and said HE would do Everything to CORRECT it. He set Up an Appointment with the FORD Dealer in My Area on 04-03-2017 so I wouldn't have to Drive 5.5 Hours to go Back to North Star FORD and have the Problem FIX. What was the MOST Impressive thing Mr. Fichter did this while He was on Vacation. So on 04-04-2017 went to My FORD Dealer and Put a NEW Set of TIRES on My 2016 F-150 KR and Mr. Joshua Fichter of North Star FORD "PAID FOR THEM". I Told Mr. Fichter that I will NEVER FORGET what He did for Me. This is what You Call a GREAT GENERAL MANAGER that does CARE about His Customers. More

We were immediately met with a friendly smile as soon as we walked through the door and right there we knew we were at the right place. We had the pleasure of working with Alfred who in my opinion is the best salesman they have. He was very informative, professional and friendly. I highly recommend this dealership because as soon as you walk in you are treated like family and in this day and age that is rare. The dealership had exactly what we were looking for and more. We could not be happier with the experience and the salesmen we had. I am a firefighter and I will be highly recommending 5 star ford to all my fello firefighters, paramedics as well as police officers. More

Joshua(GM) asked him to call me as a follow up to the email. Eddie said he would have the vehicle we were interested in looking at ready when we got there. He did, we liked it & we bought it. Eddie was friendly, kind and courteous. He made it a very smooth process along with Jimmy in finance. Joshua the GM followed up with a phone call the following Monday. More
