Fast and Friendly I already knew what used vehicle I was interested in so I called ahead to make sure it was still available. I live in south FW and it was the beginning of rush hour traffic so it took longer than expected to reach the dealership. When I arrived Juan had the keys in his hand and the car was ready for a test drive. When I expressed that I was interested in starting the process of purchasing everything went quickly and smoothly. Which was important especially because it was about 4:30pm and my credit union(which whom I was financing through) closed at 5-5:30pm. They also took my old car as a trade-in with no problem. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and down to earth, not pushy at all. More

Although we did not purchase a vehicle on our first visit, Mr. Hernandez listened to our concerns and worries, and even gave us some advise that we should take into consideration. We came back a week later, and he was readily available to help us. He remembered every detail we had shared with him the week prior, and made us feel comfortable to proceed to move forward with trying to purchase a vehicle. We walked in feeling skeptical and worried about the possibility of even getting into a new vehicle, but worse yet, what would the financing be like? We had just had a very bad experience - or two - with a local Toyota dealership, and after going through that, we were not sure of what we wanted to do this time. Mr. Hernandez was frank and upfront with us, he did not beat around the bush or make any false promises. And the outcome was: he delivered. We walked out the proud owners of a new 2016 Ford F150 XLT, which was what we had our eyes on from the start. Additionally, Mr. Tut Edwards in financing, made our buying experience even more pleasant. He and his finance team work very hard to get us through financing and managed to get us an interest rate that still blows our mind! From the time I walked from the parking lot to the offices everyone working there seemed genuinely polite and cheerful. I worked with Juan Hernandez to get my new car and he was awesome. Very nice and funny gentleman who knows his stuff. From someone who has never been through the car buying process he explained everything to me so there were no surprises at the end. I never once felt pressured to make a decision I did not want to and he was very patient with me (I am very indecisive). I ended up driving off the lot with the car I really wanted which was a 2017 Ford Escape SE and before that Juan took the time to explain all the features and actually showed me how to use it! Overall I honestly had a really great experience here and I will definitely look to them in the future with my car needs, their first impression to me was everything and for that they earned my business. More
