The dealer's asking price seemed a bit too high for me so Juan went back and forth with his manager and got me a great, reasonable price for my car. The process of buying it was made so easy by Juan and Mario Hurley, who also did an amazing job of attending my parents before I arrived. Tut Edwards also did a great job while finalizing the deal! I explained to him exactly what we needed and that's what he showed us. No tricks or games. Juan was a great salesperson and our speed when it came to showing us the vehicle. We left undecided and actually made three trips total before buying. We came to a deal j was by happy with and purchased the vehicle. It was the smoothest easiet process I have had buying a car. I do not like pressure tactics when I'm buying anything and never felt pressured by Juan or anyone else at the Five Star. We will be back to buy our next car.
