I found my dealer for life! I purchased a Ford Lariat F150 truck almost a week ago from 5 Star Ford. On that day, I visited 4 different dealerships looking for the right fit for I purchased a Ford Lariat F150 truck almost a week ago from 5 Star Ford. On that day, I visited 4 different dealerships looking for the right fit for me (both the truck and the dealership). I felt like Goldilocks looking for one that was just right. None of them gave me the warm, fuzzy, I want to buy a truck from them feeling until 5 Star. When I walked into 5 Star Ford, I knew I had found the right place. From the moment I opened the door to waving goodbye as I drove away in my new truck, it was an amazing experience. It took me a little while to come down from basking in the glory of the BEST auto buying experience EVER to write this review! I dealt primarily with Juan Hernandez. What an awesome salesman! He answered all my questions, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire buying experience. (He also stayed past closing to make sure I was taken care of before leaving). After choosing the truck for me, it was on to the finance manager. Tut Edwards made sure everything was in order, and took care of the money side in record time. I feel privileged to have been part of the "Tutman Experience". He was awesome! Talked me through the entire process and made it a fun and personable experience. I know 5 Star Ford is lucky to have these two, but, I feel that I am the lucky one! Thanks Juan and Tut for making this so easy and fun. I have found my dealership and my people at 5 Star Ford for all my future auto needs. I have told everyone I know if they are looking for a new vehicle and the BEST service around, just stop in to see Juan and then enjoy the "Tutman Experience", and they will never look at car buying the same way again!
