Wonderful and relaxing We drove up looking for a used ford f 150... Juan Hernandez walked up and showed us the one we ended up buying .. Ask if we wanted to drive it, we did and loved it.. We didn't buy that day because it seemed to easy.. We got on line later that night and talked to Sam.. He was very helpful and set up time for the next day. We came back the next day and purchased that truck.. No pressure and very enjoyable.. Thank you Juan and Sam for all your help!! Great Experience!!! I called over the phone because I had a sick kid the day I wanted to go in. Juan was super friendly and even though I did not have a ton of money to s I called over the phone because I had a sick kid the day I wanted to go in. Juan was super friendly and even though I did not have a ton of money to spend and had some strict criteria for the truck I was looking for he did not blow me off. He did not try to up sale something I could not afford and did not give me the run around. He told me what he had which was a little out of my range so late in the day I went in to meet him. I took my wife and two kids (one feeling under the weather). I told him my price constraints expecting him to tell me this was not the truck for me and he would put me on a list of people to call if one became available. Instead he went to his manager because I had pre-qualified over the phone for Ford Financing he got my rate dropped, amount per month dropped, and the amount of months I was going to pay lowered. It seemed like he wanted to really help me get this truck even though I was convinced that this was more truck than I could afford. He got me a great price and did it super fast. He even got me twice what my trade-in was worth sight unseen. I didn't have my trade-in with me or a check for the money down. So he held the truck for me from Saturday till Monday night. I can't say that this will be the experience for everyone that goes in but I can't imagine may other dealerships that would do the things that Juan did. On the Finance side of things Freddie was great. It was super low pressure and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. Again I had my wife and 2 kids with me and he got us in and out super quick. He told me all the options I had and I told him the financial situation I was in and he totally understood. He even did pretty well dealing with my after bed time and under the weather kids. After that I sent the family home and Juan came back to give me the keys and even though it was after closing time and raining outside he sat with me in the truck and explained all the buttons and answered any questions I had. I had a great experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone. I guess they don't call it Five Star Ford for nothing. They should maybe think about changing the name to Six Star Ford. More

Five Star Ford has the best people of any dealership in FW! We purchased a vehicle 5 years ago from Five Star Ford and this past week we returned and purchased our second vehicle. Eddie Laguana was our Sales Co We purchased a vehicle 5 years ago from Five Star Ford and this past week we returned and purchased our second vehicle. Eddie Laguana was our Sales Consultant for both purchases. He is very professional and truly cares for his customers. When we first arrived, Eddie was not on duty and we were greeted by Juan who treated us great! His honesty was apparent when he wanted to make sure that Eddie was contacted about us returning to buy another vehicle. Then, in Finance, we met two great guys that made our finance experience very pleasant and non-painful. The two were Tut and Freddie. Freddie actually closed the deal and both guys were fantastic.
