We never once felt pressure from him to purchase the vehicle. He was a very sincere nice person. We really like knowing what the list price was and what the dealership would sell the vehicle for..... Non of back and forth hassle on trying to get the best price. They have their vehicles already discounted...and I must add very good discount. It was the best vehicle purchase experience that my wife and I had!!! The complete transaction took just a little over three hours. More

New Escape, same great service. I had purchased used cars from Five Star Ford, and had service there, but this was the first new car. The salesman used the information I had submitte I had purchased used cars from Five Star Ford, and had service there, but this was the first new car. The salesman used the information I had submitted online and was ready with a couple vehicles to test drive when I walked in the door. The credit was already done (also online) and I got the vehicle I wanted, the financing I wanted (ended up with a lease) and was out the door with the paperwork done and the fully prepped vehicle just 3 hours after I walked in. This included the test drives, used car appraisal, paperwork, financing, new car prep....everything. Couldn't be happier. More
