He helped me determine the best options for leasing or purchasing a new car and was able to put a deal together that allowed us to purchase vs. lease which was our preference. Justin came in on his day off to get the deal started for us and was very friendly and patient when we came in to choose the vehicle. Five Star had the car I wanted in stock with the options I preferred. MM Ross went above and beyond in getting us the best deal possible on the car and made us feel like VIPs! Bob Little was quick in getting the papework taken care of. Jimmy Matthews stepped in to help Justin when I came in to pick up the car. Jimmy went through the features of the car with me and ensured all my questions were answered. The overall experience was very positive and we will definitely recommend Five Star Ford to our friends! Amazing Experience I couldn't be happier with my experience at Five Star Ford. To deal with someone over the phone and via e-mail from two hours away can't be convenient for a salesperson, but Justin never once made me feel like I was a burden. When I spoke to him at the very beginning of everything, I told him my situation and his exact words were "I'm not trying to sell you a car, I'm trying to help you get into a car you'll love." He understood all of my concerns, answered all of my questions and came up with the best solutions. He had gotten me approved and in the car I wanted without any hassle. They waited on us to arrive driving in from Palestine and we didn't arrive until after 9, but they waited and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. When we left Palestine we had agreed to a deal and were on our way to get the Tahoe, then when we arrived, Justin met us in the parking lot, showed us the car to make sure it was exactly what I wanted, and then took us into the finance department where the finance guy had gotten us an even better deal without us asking or questioning it! That to me is AMAZING service. Not to mention the dealership is immaculate. I know we live in Palestine, but we will definitely buy our future vehicles at Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills! More

He then proceeded to answer all my questions about the car and discount options offered by Ford . I returned a second time and Diron was not available so Justin Allerheiligen stepped in to help. He took me to test drive a Ford Edge I requested. He was very knowledgeable about the car. He also answered questions about cost and discounts available to me. He also explained the differences in the SEL and Limited Edge. He provided a brochure so I could decide which options were most important to me. Since the dealership did not have the vehicle I wanted, he located one in Oklahoma for me. Diron went to pick up the vehicle so I could have the vehicle ASAP. I returned 2 days later to purchase. Justin got all paperwork in order and showed me how to operated the touchscreen and lights,etc. He let me know if I had any questions on how to operate anything, I could always call him or attend a class. Tut did the financing paperwork and was very friendly and answered all my questions. He explained everything very well. Diron also told me if I had any questions about anything, the dealership offered classes on Saturdays. Everyone was very helpful and nice and knowledgeable about their products. Five Star ford is really Five Star!! My recent experience with Five Star Ford was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought many vehicles over the last 35 years! My recent experience with Five Star Ford was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought many vehicles over the last 35 years! I was in need of immediate, basic transportation as my 25 year old car permanently quit. I contacted Justin Allerheiligen and explained my situation, what I was looking for and exactly what I could afford. He took that and within hours had a vehicle located, at the right price and never once tried to bait and switch or sell me anything I did not want or need. He helped with options for finance or cash payment and sent me to the finance department where I worked with Kenneth Wilder. Both gentlemen treated us with respect, never failed to answer questions or explain any details. They have contacted me several times since just to check on how we are liking our new Ford Focus. It is a great car and this is a great dealership!! I am definitely a lifetime customer now and will send friends and family to them for sure. What a great place and great people!! More
