This the second Ford pickup we have purchased from Five Star Ford and the second was better than the first purchase. Justin Allerheligan is truly a sales professional. The first time I talked with him on Star Ford and the second was better than the first purchase. Justin Allerheligan is truly a sales professional. The first time I talked with him on the telephone he was very courteous and all my questions about helping us with our purchase. Kathy and I made an appointment so that Justin could help us with our vehicle needs. He was very patience with us when we changed our minds and helped us select a vehicle from stock. Justin had knowledge of the USAA buying service which we used as well as the USAA financing. Justin showed us the difference between the Ford financing and the USAA financing. Justin is a very people oriented sales person who puts the buyers needs above just selling another vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle it was in perfect condition and Justin took the extra time to over features I was unfamiliar with. When Justin handed me the final paperwork he put his card in the warranty booklet and said if I had any questions to give him a call. I asked Justin to put three more cards in the booklet because will give his card to any friends who are looking to purchase a new vehicle. When he walked me out to our new truck he "thanked" me again for our purchase. We will be back when it is time to replace our Ford Focus and let Justin help us with vehicle needs. We came to Five Star Ford one Friday afternoon looking for a car for my parents. My husband had already been there once speaking with Ms Doreen Parker. She found us again that day and again went straight to work helping us pick out a vehicle that had the specifications we needed which was a basic model vehicle that would fit my elderly parents. My father has had trouble getting into his smaller car so we were looking for some kind of crossover that was not too big, but nice and roomy. My parents get frustrated real easy so the less technological gadgets on the car the better. Once they(Justin and Doreen) showed us the new Escape we were sold and knew it would be a great fit for my parents. Justin went straight to work finding us the color we liked on a basic model. It had to come from a different store but with a quick credit check we were out the door and were told to come back Saturday at 11am and it would be delivered. We had been shopping at Mazda and Grapevine Ford and no one could get us a car. That was very frustrating.We were just so happy and thrilled both Doreen and Justin could do this for us. We were able to deliver this new beautiful automobile to my parents in Killeen Texas Saturday afternoon. Mr Snyder took care of the finance part and even helped us get extended warranty on the new Escape and our new 2012 MKX that we got from Grapevine Ford. Having just purchased an MKX and had something else to compare Five Star to...there was just no comparison. The overall rating is excellent. Thanks FIVE STAR FORD!!! More

I was more than happy to give a "great" rating because I got awesome service. Justin was truly a delight, was able to answer all my questions, took care of business efficiently and quickly becaus because I got awesome service. Justin was truly a delight, was able to answer all my questions, took care of business efficiently and quickly because I was able to tell him exactly what I wanted for my granddaughter and there it was! He even made arrangement for the car to have a big, red bow on it when we came back with my granddaughter and picked it up. She was so happy. Justin then sat out in the car and went through the drill setting up the voice activated stuff with her and her Dad while her Mom and I sat at his desk and looked at the new Ford luxery vans coming out soon. I'll be back to see Justin when I'm ready to get a new van. This Five Star Ford location in North Richland Hills area is my very favorite Ford dealership. Bought an Escape there a few years ago and loved it! Can't wait for the vans to become available. The question below will be answered "Yes" because I'm assuming it is referencing the "dealership's showroom" at North Richland Hills. More

Justin met us in the parking lot as we were looking at vehicles. Although we didn't want to be hassled by a sales person, Justin simply answered questions and didn't force himself upon us like so many ot vehicles. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and we could tell he loved what he did. When I mentioned I would miss the 3rd row seating in my Durango he suggested the Explorer (we were looking at the Edge)and that the gas mileage and price were comparable to the Edge. His manager was very helpful with the closing and they didn't make us feel like we were being pushed into purchasing that day but they worked a deal we couldn't pass up. Daniel in the finance department surprised me with his knowledge in finance. He made several suggestions that made sense to us as to how much money we should put down on the vehicle. The process was very quick, smooth and painless. We don't feel as though we were put through the meat grinder and question whether we did the right thing or not after the sale as we have in the past. Five Star Ford's people helped us make the right decision and were very honest and up front in areas that most dealerships aren't. We feel like it is a family more than a business and that we are now a new member of the family. We will definitely be back and bring friends and family with us!
