I've been contacting dealerships and watching prices on the F150 for nearly 6 months and Diron Lintz is the first person who even offered to work with I've been contacting dealerships and watching prices on the F150 for nearly 6 months and Diron Lintz is the first person who even offered to work with me and find the pickup that I wanted. They didn"t have it in stock but he went out and found it for me at the price that I wanted. He initially said that he would find my F150 at the price that I wanted and he most certainly did. He's the man! Time spent at dealership was minimal and I truly appreciated the no pressure sales atmosphere. I will definitely go to them first on any future vehicle purchases! I did also visit with Ken McLemore on my initial visit to the dealership and he was extremely professional and listened to exactly what I wanted and without trying to push something else that they had in stock on me. I highly recommend him also. More

A Deal I Couldn't Refuse Our daughter is going away to college (Mercer Univ in Macon, GA) and we wanted to buy her a dependable and useful vehicle. We had considered the Honda Our daughter is going away to college (Mercer Univ in Macon, GA) and we wanted to buy her a dependable and useful vehicle. We had considered the Honda HR-V but the dealerships we dealt with while seemingly interested in making a deal were firm in their pricing and even became a little contentious when it came to haggling (I'm old school). We saw 5-Star's Taya Kyle ad on TV and that tweaked my interest and I looked into the Escape on Edmund's as to reliability, etc. We came in on Memorial Day, ostensibly, to let my daughter look at and test drive the Escape and ended up buying one because 5-Star made us an offer we couldn't refuse. Our sales person was a sweet young girl (Brieanna Lopez) and was a delightful to deal with. She went out of her way to get us the Escape we wanted (even going to your Lewisville dealership to pick it up!). Your finance guy (David Hill) very efficiently and courteously completed the paperwork for us and 5-Star detailed and gassed up our new Escape and Ken McLemore came and thoroughly explained everything about all the bells & whistles on the Escape (even though my daughter was just anxious to drive off in it with her girlfriends!). The hamburger & hot dog lunch was pretty good too! Nice touch! More

We were so impressed with Ken and the Five Star staff that I came back and bought my pickup truck from Ken a year later. Today I telephoned Ken and explained that my daughter needed a vehicle. She's a single mother, going through a divorce where he left her with nothing, and her car was about to break down any day. She had been shopping at the usual ripoff places, tote the note places etc. We didn't have a lot of money so we asked if he could show her a good reliable used car at a fair price. After hearing my story Ken responded with "send her over, I'll take good care of her". When my daughter arrived she kept texting me "dad, no way I can get a car here, they're too nice of cars". I toldher be patient and just listen to Ken. I am happy to say that Ken met my daughter showed her a couple of vehicles and by the end of the evening she drove away with a huge smile on her face. I would recommend Ken and his staff to anyone that is looking for a good vehicle at a fair price. Five Star is second to none in DFW. More
