Was all good until after the sale! Got a great price so took out the extended warranty. Price given on warranty was for one year and. . . finance guy did not mention it should have bee Got a great price so took out the extended warranty. Have emailed salesperson twice to find out about a $500.00 credit we should have received and he has not responded. Also stated that I wanted to buy a new truck;, possibly two now with my son looking. Still no response. I don't get it. Going in today to shop. More

Both Aaron and Ken where excellent in customer service and professionalism. They answered all questions. Ken was very patient in going over all features of the suv I was looking to buy. Test drive was easy. Buying was easy but lengthy. Ken took his time explaining all features of this suv and never rushed me. There was no pressure to buy. In fact, Ken explained several features more than once. He introduced me to the Techno Nerd Jimmy that offers classes on Saturday for new buyers. Ken contacted the Service Dept to set up install of roof rails same day as this sale which was nice. Cargo mat had to be ordered and will be ready for pickup this week.
