Great vehicle and we got exactly what we came to the dealership for. The salesman, William May, understood that we were ready to purchase the vehicle upon a test drive and he professionally expedited the process. Within minimal time, we were escorted to financing and had the keys in hand with smart fashion. With that said, this is our second trip to Five Star Ford. I walked in there in 2013, knew that I wanted to buy a tuxedo black 2013 F150 Super Crew Platinum and Salesman Ken McLemore made that transaction happen professionally and timely. He ensured that I got the exact truck that I had planned to buy.
