I expect a certain level of trust and respect due to that fact. I had an appointment at 11 am, I dropped my vehicle off at 1040 am. I showed back up
I expect a certain level of trust and respect due to that fact. I had an appointment at 11 am, I dropped my vehicle off at 1040 am. I showed back up at the dealership at 430 pm. I waited one hour, 30 minutes passed the closing time of the dealership closing time. All I was having done is an oil change and tire rotation. I’m not really sure anything was done to my truck. My windshield washer fluid was still low, my service sticker was not replaced, and it appeared like my tires were never rotated but I waited an hour for some sort of final checks. I will probably not bring my truck back to this dealer for service ever again and I will probably not buy another vehicle from this dealership. They broke all trust I had in them and treated me like I had never bought a vehicle from them.

I have had my vehicle in for service multiple times this year. My overall experience has been neutral. My last visit has been the greatest experience I’ve had in a long time. Not only was I met with professionalism, but my vehicle was repaired in under an hour!
Unfortunately, this only slightly makes up for the three hours it took to get an oil change, only a couple weeks prior. Or, the fact that the parts for this most recent service were not ordered, and I had to call back, after not hearing anything for a couple weeks, to verify the parts were at the shop, which they were not.
Kiara has worked with me for several years, and I cannot think of any reason during that time when she has been less than extraordinary. There are a couple others that have been a great help along the way, such as Reggie, and a few new faces that I hope can live up to the reputation MCDJR has evolved with me.
Mitchel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is still my go to place for any other of my vehicle needs. Thank you!
