Last 2 times I went they failed to put washer fluid in and change windshield wipers. I purchased my car through sales person Stephanie. She was absolutely fabulous!!! Such a joy to work with, she was patient and answered every question I had. I will send anyone shopping for a new vehicle to her. With the service department....part of my purchase deal was for the deals hip to put running boards on my truck. After I got the truck back I found a quarter size ding/dent on the bottom lower part of my truck (by the rear door) right wear the running board mounts. It was not there when I purchased the truck. I would have diffenately seen it. Stephanie agreed that she would have noticed it as well. I think that it was accidentally done when the board was being put on. I didn't take the truck back right away (a week passed) because I was in the hospital. I did the the truck back in and had Stephanie photograph the spot so someone could talk with service about it. Will wait to see what service says. Everyone else...Chad, Greg and Stephanie have been wonderful. More
