I’ve become disillusioned with the service department. It may just be me, but I always have to wait longer than expected to get my vehicle back. It’s either because of a lack of technicians or because the It may just be me, but I always have to wait longer than expected to get my vehicle back. It’s either because of a lack of technicians or because the one that needs to work on my vehicle is out for a few days. I’m just over it. If it were not for my favorite salesman, Stan Starks, I wouldn’t even bother with Mitchell. It actually bothers me to have to write this because I was always loyal to Stan and the Tim Whitehead franchise. If I can help it, I won’t bother with the Service Department. More
