I want people to know that Hyundai of Reno deserves a rating of 10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ There was a misunderstanding on my part, & a had given only 2 stars ☆☆. I want people to know that Hyundai of Reno deserves a rating of 10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ stars, not 5 stars. The staff was courteous, patient, & a delight to buy a car from. Sometimes misunderstanding happen. I apologize immensely, on my part. I would send anybody so buy a car with this dealership.All of the cars on the lot were kept up in good shape, clean & well running. I hope I didn't cause anybody any points off their employment. If I did please give them their points back. I would appreciate, if you did take points off their employment record, to please put them back. This apology goes to Tom, Dan, Devin, Kim, & to all employees of Hyundai Reno.
