Ms. Torvinen, We are sorry you feel as though the dealership didn't do everything in our power to assist you. When it comes to getting warranty work done we are with you... we don't want the factory to say no either, we want it covered as well. Problem is, when a customer is missing verifiable service records for nearly 54,000 miles worth of driving, the factory has a case for denying warranty repairs. Sometimes not having records doesn't mean the work wasn't done, which is why in your case, the factory instructed us to remove the valve cover and document the condition of the interior of the valve train. And of course, after we provided the factory that documentation, they denied the claim. And again, that is not what we wanted, we wanted to fix your car, but they obviously saw something that indicated the preventative maintenance was not completed. Again, we are sorry the factory didn't give us another way to go, but this experience underscores the importance of documented routine maintenance. The same night I purchased the vehicle I received an email asking for my feedback. I responded and when I got to the submit link I used my then current email and password. I received the message that that they were not acceptable. I double checked re-entered and received the same response. So I selected the link that asked for a login code. Instead of a code I was directed to enter a new password. So I did as I am older and sometimes enter stuff incorrectly. Then the most irritating thing about the experience happened. I was directed back to the login and had to re-enter all of the previous answers. I entered the brand new password and received the same invalid response. So I then performed the same steps a third time. I once again answered the same questions. This submittal, with the new first sentence, added. This was accepted. What needs to be fixed is to have the program return to where they left off. Normally, I wouldn’t have responded a second or third time but I didn’t want anything to reflect poorly on any of the employees who helped me. I want to state that while I still get upset with the trade in on a prior purchase and feel it was not settled satisfactory I don’t hold grudges and continue to return. This purchase is my 4th from your dealership. While I like your product, your employees like Lance and Gabby are a large reason I continue to come back
