First of all, I tried a number of Ford dealers in and around my town and received the usual car dealership "baloney". None of them could match the price. I am not talking about a few hundred dollars, how about $1500! That was a profitable trip for my wife and I. But the one thing that stood out even more was the service we received from everyone we dealt with in in 5 Star Ford. An unexpected very pleasant experience. The people were great, from David Hill in financing who professionally laid out our financing options, Jimmie Mathews and his partner who spent quite a bit of time taking me through the "SYNC' system, and Sam Reggio who worked with us on after market purchases. But I must save special appreciation for Lee Clanton who made sure every possible rebate was included in our final price. And finally kudos to Rick Dike who I have been working with by email and phone to get everything ready and ease my anxiety before I drove the 140 miles. Numbers were what I expected but the service from these individuals were far and above. After all was said and done with the sales, now it was time for the dreaded finance office or so I thought. After being called back and Introduced to Anthony, I knew I had made the right choice. He was very clear and precise on the finance options and was able to get my into a % that works for me. I could not have asked for better service from anyone here. Even Betty, the receptionist, was helpful and prompt when trying to locate Lee and Nathan when I arrived. In today's world, 99% of the time I skip over positive reviews and only review something when it is negative. This dealership is the only reason why that is not a 100%. Worth my 4 hour drive for a stand up dealership and salesman I buy 1 F150 a year for my business. I met Lee Clanton, one of the internet salesmen, 2 trucks ago and have stuck with him since. I can tell him what I buy 1 F150 a year for my business. I met Lee Clanton, one of the internet salesmen, 2 trucks ago and have stuck with him since. I can tell him what I'm looking for over the phone, he gets it, and a price is agreed upon. I make the drive from Louisiana and when I arrive the truck is ready to go and paperwork ready to be signed. No haggling back and forth or running to a manager to see if they can go lower. The deal is still the same as what was discussed on the phone. Seems simple, but far to often salesmen will do that to you assuming once you've drove that far you will agree to it anyway. He is a no B.S. salesman that makes the buying process easy and as long as 5 star keeps their business practice the same and Lee keeps doing what he does, I'll continue to make the drive over. More
