Lee Clanton did the research first locating a new truck as closely equipped as I had requested. Making sure he answered all question and I was pleased with purchase. Lee is a warm friendly family man and just a nice guy. My final opinion upon leaving 5 Star Ford in my new truck, got the best price and overall experience was 5 Stars just like Ebay. Will have 5 Star Ford Service Department perform all my maintenance and repair needs. More

My experience at 5 Star Ford was the best experience of any dealership that I have ever visited. Everyone was friendly and helpful when needed. The whole experience was great except for 1 part of miscommun any dealership that I have ever visited. Everyone was friendly and helpful when needed. Financing was handled by Tut Edwards, who also answered all questions and provided sound information/perspective on both current and future options. Lee was diligent in checking in with me regularly while I waited and worked with Tut. Jimmie Matthews was thorough in explaining the features of my vehicle upon delivery, as well as indicating classes and one-on-one training, as needed. It was a busy day (12/30/13) and, due to some expected wait time, I had the opportunity to talk with several other employees that were not involved in my sale/lease. Everyone was positive, upbeat, knowledgeable AND had all been working at Five Star Ford for many years (the receptionist for 27!). In the transient world of car sales, this impressed me. They truly had a family atmosphere amongst them and genuinely seemed committed to building long-term relationships based on service, support and excellence, and not just in selling a car. I look forward to many years of service with Five Star Ford and wholeheartedly endorse them to potential customers without reservation. More
