We are a small business that operates out of Parker County and surrounding areas. We were looking to add another F-250 to our current fleet of (2). In a span of 1 week, twice we located via the interne County and surrounding areas. We were looking to add another F-250 to our current fleet of (2). In a span of 1 week, twice we located via the internet, several stock #’s showing trucks available and then contacted the Ford dealership (not 5 Star) located in Parker County that we bought our previous F-250 from and I personally have purchased many vehicles from in the last 15 years. We were told that these were sold already and offered a different model of F-250/350. We then contacted another Ford dealership in White Settlement that was a complete disaster filled with lack of knowledge, price gouging and complete disrespect.
