I swore I would never own a Ford car but have since decided to give Ford a chance after the federal bailout for all the other American made car dealers. Ford was NOT included in that bailout because they are obviously a fiscally responsible corporation. My husband and I have purchased trucks from Terry Rich in the past so Terry knew of my feeling on Ford passenger cars. I am sure he was as surprised as I was that I made that call to him! Terry also knew that my past vehicles were Acuras and BMWs but he asked me to try out the Edge. I did and now I am the owner of the most comfortable vehicle I have ever owned. This was absolutely the best car buying experience that I have ever had. There was no pressure sales, no lies, no games; everything was quick and EASY. Everyone that we talked to was very polite and very helpful. I WOULD and HAVE recommended this dealership to friends and family. We did not get mugged when we drove into the parking lot. The sales men were definitely available and not pushy. The sales men asked if we were already working with someone, so there was no cut throat attitude. It felt like everyone was there just for us, with the attitude that they were going to make sure that we were happy and satisfied. I had called first and talked to Lee Clanton on the phone and he took the time to find out what I was looking for and helped me find the best vehicle for us; and gave me alot of information, so I knew walking in the door what to expect. The price, interest rate and payments were very clear and straightforward, with no games. We did not have to go through the dreaded back and forth routine. We had very limited wait time, maybe 2 minutes. Our new vehicle was ready when we were through with the paperwork which only took a few minutes to sign everything. There are no words for how wonderful this experience was. We will definitely be going back to Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills for all of our future vehicle buying. This is a very friendly place. Our experience here was very positive. Everyone was nor only friendly but also very helpful. Rick Dike was like an expert but not pushy or obnoxious like you see in a lot of expert sales people. He took care of my wife and I like we were close family members. Anthony Snyder was extremly friendly and once again his expertise in handling the financing was very easy and non-stressful. Lee Clanton was very helpful in trying to get our new vehicle registered on-line to get it 'in sync'. But, the web site was experincing some problems. So, Lee is going to take some of his personal time and come over to my house to set us up. Wow. Is there any other places where that would happen? Two days later we received a survey call from a young lady who was very friendly and respectful. Overall our experience with was very good.
