I just bought a 2010 Fusion Hybrid from 5 Star Ford yesterday and the entire experience from start to finish was extremely pleasant. I met Messrs. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and all its features, specially the SYNC system. He spent a long time with me going over all the features of the car. There was absolutely no sales pressure applied to me and no price haggling. I went to them on the recommendation of Mr. Jerry Reynolds (The Car Guy) and I have already sent a note to thank him for referring me to them. My girlfriend bought her car at 5 Star back in 2006. I've seen the great service she has received from 5 Star's Service Department, so I decided to give them a shot. Jim Rich responded to my email request and provided information & pricing on the 2010 Edge I inquired about. When we spoke on the phone he was very cordial and not pushy at all. When I arrived at 5 Star, Jim was tied up with another customer so he introduced me to Lee Clanton. Lee was very friendly and straight up about pricing. He is also very knowledgeable about the Microsoft Sync and took time to explain and demonstrate the features. He was very willing to work with me, yet there was no "hard push" to buy like I have experienced with past purchases at other dealerships. During my short wait to meet with the Financial Dept., Sam O'Reggio, the Aftermarket Sales Manager, came out and introduced himself. He was very friendly and gave me a quick overview of his department. More
