Fantastic Truck Buying Experience Lee Clanton and the rest of the folks at Five Star Ford are first class. They treated us with the respect and courtesy and didn't do business like most of us have come to expect from the auto business. Lee understood that we were educated customers and knew how auto financing worked. Rather then having us wait and go back and forth with the sales manager, we pre negotiated everything through email before my wife and I made the trip to the dealer for the test drive. When we got there, the exact vehicle was ready (not a 'similar' vehicle with added features) for my wife and I to test drive. We went into Lee's office where he turned his screen around to show how the financing would work and adjusted things based on certain variables (accessories etc) to show us what the payment would be. We even ran our credit in his office so we could make sure everything we had talked about was good and that our privacy was considered. Our experience with the accessories manager, the general sales manager and our finance manager was quick and easy. No high-pressure sales, fair prices and great customer service. I highly recommend driving to Five Star Ford from anywhere you live in the metroplex - we drove over an hour from Little Elm and we are extremely happy we did. More

My personal experience in buying a new car was that it took all day long to get a deal settled. I knew what I wanted and went online to search their availability. Even though it was 6:30 on a Sunday morning there was someone available on the chat line to help me. I was contacted the next day by Lee Clanton and he was a great asset in letting me know about features on the F150 I needed. I came in that same day, took a test drive, bought what I feel is a great truck and was out the door in about 2 and a half hours. Lee helped get me rebates (no hassles or haggling) and went out of his way to get me the best deal possible. As others have stated in their reviews, I felt there was no pressure and I was important as an individual and not just another sale. Tut Edwards was great in dealing with the financial part of the deal. Jimmie Mathews took about an hour with me on the day I picked up my truck going over the electronics. He was very patient in explaining the different features (I am not a digital whiz). Lee, Tut and Jimmie all deserve big Thank you's. I would recommend Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills to anyone considering a car purchase and when ready I plan to return myself for the next car or truck. More
