I gave the ratings of all 5's because these people went above and beyond my expectations of fixing what I thought was wrong with my truck. Not only did Jeff look into the problem I explained but had t went above and beyond my expectations of fixing what I thought was wrong with my truck. Not only did Jeff look into the problem I explained but had the service team do a complete check up on everything. Other issues came up and I was able to get them fixed without having to keep coming back for more repairs. Letti was wonderful and always happy to see me or talk to me. The entire Bozard Ford family made me feel like a family member. I have recommended them to all my friends and to my son. I like that Bozard Ford is family owned and operated. I will continue to use Bozard Ford even though I live up in North Jacksonville. I am more than happy to drive the hour to have my truck serviced where I feel like family and know I am being treated fairly and getting EXCELLENT quality work at a fair price. I also like that they support local schools and local sports clubs throughout the area. It shows a commitment to the community as well. The Bozard Ford Team was absolutely fantastic. The customer service from the moment I walked in the door to the minute I drove away in my new car (and really still) was/is outstanding. Anthony Cruzado, could not have been more patient with me as I flip flopped between the SUV and Sedan option. He laid out all the benefits of both let me test drive both. He explained all the features of the new car before I left the dealership so that I didn't drive away clueless on how to use the great new technology that it came equip with. Terry Seymour and the finance team were super helpful, explaining all the paperwork and even found additional savings. General Manager, Jeff King oversaw the buying process and made sure everything ran smoothly as well as Letti and Bo Bozard who I had met through some community involvement in the past were also helpful to me in making the right decision. I will be encouraging all my family and friends to Bozard Ford Lincoln when they are ready for new vehicles. More

We recently purchased a 2013 Ford Fiesta from Bozard Ford. I went through the internet department and worked with Mike Mudock, the process was smooth and we were very satisfied with the deal we recieve Ford. After taking delivery of the car we discovered that it did not have a CD player although there is a button on the radio for CD. I worked with Angela and one of the owners Letti Bozard who made things right and actually upgraded the car stereo at no cost to me. I could not be happier with Bozard and obviously customer service is #1 to them. More
